It was literally across the street from Tempe Marketplace and like a 10min drive to Tempe Beach lake place. Staff was so friendly and attentive.

I did think it was a bit odd that someone placed chairs in front of the pool entrance and exit walkways blocking off access before the adjacent bar opened, even though the pool was already open. It was not a huge deal, we just went around them but- had there been some kind of emergency that could be a problem as there are only 2 access points, both which had obstructions.

The facility was well kept, the room was very comfortable and had plenty of space. The morning breakfast was a huge bonus and I was so happy with the extended pool and hot tub hours, it was perfect for us!

Breakfast : quality of the food could be better. Eggs were not fresh, it tasted like those powder eggs mixed with water. Also wish there was more fruits options. Cleaning : I wish they would clean the rooms once daily. The rooms were very clean but we came back to a room not cleaned, with towels still dirty and no clean ones ( but once we call they were very quick to deliver fresh towel)

Beautiful property . Fairly new. Very clean ! Comfortable bed, easy parking access, free breakfast , accross from many convenient stores . LOVED having access to a laundromat on property, cheaper than in room wash&fold and very convenient as it is located across from the gym . You can do laundry while you work out ! 24/7 staff , very responsive. Overall great property ! Breakfast had a variety of choices , but the food was overall ok.

The heater didn’t work well. They came to fix it and it broke down again! The breakfast can be a little bit better, especially the hot food.

The music wasn’t on by the pool. Would have been nice to have a band or live music on Saturday nights by the pool on the stage . Shower door leaked in our room and the bathroom floor was wet and slippery. Room 236 .

Loved the pool design and decor . The cactus plants gave the desert vibe along with the boho furniture.. felt like a vacation . The outside fans and misters were awesome! The inside felt clean and fresh . We loved the equipment in the gym and the windows overlooking the pool area . The rooms were spacious and clean . Sheets were comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast and everything was well stocked and replenished. The water station was great for refilling our water bottles
