The room was very spacious, very comfortable bed, the bathroom was spacious too and the staff was very freindly, accommodating and was very helpful and so nice! we really had a great stay and awesome experience!

Breakfast was awesome! The staff even put out food a little early to accommodate our large group of athletes with early games. The team was really gracious and made things easy for this first-time travel sports parent! The pool is small but mighty! And the rooms are large and comfortable.

Breakfast time only till 9 with little selection. Booking.com advertises falsely. The pictures they showed for our hotel were not correct showing a kitchenette area with full size fridge and sink which I thought we were booking. We got a microwave and mini fridge. Quite pricey for a hotel.

Great stay as always. Staff is always friendly. Just wish I would've known that check out time has changed from 12pm to 11am. Had house keeping knocking on my door at 10:50am, I was told checkout time was 11am. The back of the room door still shows 12pm check out time. Called the front desk and they said it was something that recently changed. Booking.com also showed the check out time of 12p. Front desk was understanding of me checking out a few minutes after 11am..just wish that this would've been mentioned at check in. Other than that, the stay was great. Would definitely recommend staying here.

the city of norco doesn’t seem too eventful but the hotel itself was a lovely place to stay, had a pool, offered breakfast, the staff was friendly, all collectively making it a great experience.

Towels were pretty thin, but not a big deal. They take less energy to dry and that makes economic and environmental sense. Quite a lot of noise from the traffic outside on the freeway - the windows could be replaced. Could clearly hear the people in the next room and people walking in the room above me. I put in earplugs and fell asleep anyway.

Location was good. It was a walk-able distance to nearby fast food; Bob's Big Boy, a pizza place, a country cafe and Starbucks, and did not have to cross the road to get to them. Bed was extremely comfortable, air conditioning was good. The pool in front looked inviting and clean. The hotel sits across from a park with some walking/running paths. Free breakfast had a number of decent choices.

This hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is very pleasant. Our room was spacious (even with 2 queens in it). The bathroom was large. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. We will definitely stay here again

My best friend and I stayed here after attending a concert at the Silverlakes venue. The room was spacious and very clean. I appreciated the amenities and the bed and pillows were heavenly! Continental breakfast did not disappoint!

No USB or USB charging ports in the rooms. The room wall plugs need updating to have charging port or 2. Honestly, I’ve never stayed where they weren’t available at all. Again, Samantha managed to find one for me overnight.

The intuitive, friendly staff. Samantha, the front desk clerk when I checked in. I’d asked about how food delivery to my room worked. After I said I was a Hawaii native, we chatted more about the Islands. She intuitively asked if I like poke and sashimi. I love it. She’s a very professional active communicator. She wants to help guests. She belongs in Hospitality, I believe.
