United StatesCheck-in was a total nightmare and well past the check in time so our room should have been ready. Unfortunately, our room smelled like cat pee/ammonia. Perhaps it used to be a smoking room?
The location was ideal and lobby and room were clean. Breakfast as awesome. We loved the variety and quality of the food.

Clean, fairly comfortable and accomodating. One issue was the fire alarm that went off prior to checking out and wouldn't shut off causing my daughter to have a seizure. This was unexpected and thank goodness no evacuation was required because I wouldn't have been able to move her or get her out of the hotel. My only suggestion is better communication about what was happening or if we needed to evacuate. No one really said anything to me in the hallways or when eye contact was made. Great location, excellent area for animals outside. Thank you!

The front desk staff went above and beyond for my family. We were on our way to Minneapolis Minnesota when we ran into some snow. They made sure we had a pack in play for our youngest and another roll away bed so my kids wouldn’t fight. The room was clean and breakfast was good too!

The desk clerk had no idea when they would be back up and when I wanted to cancel I was informed it was probably all the hotels if they used that system. I cancelled and went to the Hampton Inn for the night.
