We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe property presented as clean. There was an odd order in the hallway like mildew or water. There was a problem with our air conditioning unit and we had to switch rooms a couple of times and one of the beds were not clean the sheets had stains on them. One of the room they placed in the refrigerator was barely cold, and then the other refrigerator needed to be defrosted ice was overflowed from the freezer. The tub was stained. Bottom of the tote was dirty.
The great location right out the freeway in lobby and the staff with clean and pleasant. Nice breakfast. Rooms are nice size. The bathroom is a nice size with sufficient lighting in the bathroom. The beds weee nice and comfortable.

United StatesI’ve transferred to rooms twice. 1st room has a faulty cabinet that has been installed wrong and the 2nd room looks like it hasn’t been cleaned after someone else check-out close it still dirty. Finally 3rd time’s a charm.
Very accommodating staff and location is close to both Mansfield and Arlington. Very accessible.

United StatesThe fact that the bathroom ELECTRIC exhaust fan (#124) was almost seized. Fact that the male lobby clerk personally was informed and maintenance never showed. Housekeeping should, on the daily, fix the bed, remove used towels, vacuum, and take out trash. I understand no added towels and new sheets when not needed to save $$$. However BASIC housekeeping MUST be completed. Just shows poor management. I seriously doubt I'll even get a response nor these things be taken into action. .. We'll see.

United StatesAfter making my reservation and travelling in, the receptionist guy said they had no rooms. Then said he was able to find a room for us for $40 cheaper for the 2 nights $80 all together since they didn't have a suite. Ended up paying more than the booking price.
