One of the bed had stains in the sheets. I spoke to the hotel attendant at night who said they would come change the sheets. They didn't until the next day when I asked again. Also, the hotel itself has outdated carpet in the rooms and hallways need to be repainted.

My bedsheets didn't get changed when I stayed 4 nights. On the 3rd night read on the elevator, we had to request it and did not know. My trash wasn't dumped so lets me know no one came when I wasn't in my room to do any spot cleaning. I don't think it should be requested. Had to ask for towels as well but again the spot cleaning or daily checks would go a long way for anyone's stay.

I love the breakfast the most. They had eggs in different ways served on different days. Which I loved. They offered sausage links or turkey patties, waffle making, different juices or different milk options, hot tea and coffee making. When I go to a hotel that's says breakfast included I look for this type of breakfast not a grab and go type. The 3 staffs I got to assist ne were smiles, energetic and helpful. Even got a room upgrade when my key was not working for me 3 times of going into my room for the first entrance. I had more space got a solo stay. Water was hot and the room stayed cool try to warm it but it was a challenge there but over all looks older on the inside but it is still good stay otherwise. The women who did breakfast knew I got the times mixed up from weekend to weekday for breakfast she made extra sausage when they were closed and brought it to me. That going over and beyond was the sweetest gesture. I left roses 🌹 😌 in my room to thank each staff with a bite of appreciation. Thank you so for a good first stay. I plan to come back at a reasonable rate.

The breakfast was just average and the dead roach in the room was disgusting. I took a picture and showed it to the front desk and they did not care or have any concerns.

Breakfast was a bust- no eggs, barely any bacon, coffee was so strong you could see colors. Shower curtain did not close all the way causing alot of water on the floor in the bathroom.

Only minor issues with the stay. We could hear the footsteps of the person on the floor above us during the night hours. The breakfast was a good selection, but was missing some of the pairings of items (such as it included everything bagels but did not have cream cheese to put on them). Housekeeping was also prompt to knock on the door at the checkout time as we were walking out.

Easy and quick check-in. The hotel had notices about construction on other floors, but we didn't hear anything. The hot tub was hot, the water was clear, and we felt it was one of the better conditions we've seen hot tubs at hotels. The room was modern and clean with a good layout for multiple people. We had no issues with the wifi.
