The property is very nice and clean. Location was perfect for us. Bed was very comfortable. We’ve stayed here a few times before and will definitely stay again.

United StatesThe drain in my bathroom smelt horrible. Like moldy sewer pipe. I went to the front desk and said something and was told to just pour water down the drain. Why would I pour water into something that is the cause of the smell? The need to pour bleach water down the drains atleast 2 times a week to kill whatever causing the smell

United StatesWe weren’t able to use the entrance by the back parking lot so we had to walk around the building. Our neighbor had their TV cranked up high until after midnight. We were overall very pleased and would definitely stay again.

United StatesWater bottles in the room would have been nice. I did find some hairs stuck to one of the towels in the room. Not a big issue as it was just me staying there, so I just used a different clean towel.
I stayed in a room with two queen beds located as far north away from the highway/freeway as possible and could still hear the trucks/cars driving by all night. Doesn't make for the best night's sleep. The bed was comfortable though and, besides the highway noise, the room was quiet. Nice large TV and nice shower with warm water. The breakfast was very nice with delicious fruits and juices. Note, they do not provide water bottles in the room.

United StatesHouse cleaning! The room was very clean and good amenities, however, we were there for five nights. Sheets are changed after 3 days. We requested the change and did not have it done until the 4th night after I went into the hall to find a housekeeper. She did a great job of cleaning up-but should have been done the day before. The young man at the front desk was very good-however, the gal on the other shift didn’t seem to know what was going on.
The breakfasts were good with a nice selection. May have been short staffed. One morning -guests were waiting for coffee and no supervisor a few days.

United StatesVery disappointed with the pool. In the pictures it showed a hot tub but there was not a hot tub. The breakfast times weren’t ideal. Felt like as soon as we woke up we had to rush in order to have breakfast.
The location was great! The staff was super friendly and the rooms were very clean and well up to date.

United StatesAt the check-in my husband and I felt mistreated by the woman staff member, we had little difficulty with the credit card reader. We tried it three times without success, the staff member stated each time that "Your credit card is declined, no funds" she continued to belittle us with her tone of voice and demands, she kept saying you have no funds. We were going to walk away, I got courage to say "Can you try the credit card manually" which she did very reluctantly after requesting my Minnesota Driver's license again to compare with my credit card. The manual process was successful, she gave us our room card. Only then did she attempt to smile, we felt more welcomed by the hotel cleaning staff (lady) that was mopping the front entrance by the counter, who greeted us in friendly manner. This unfair treatment affected us both, we are nearly 70 years old, regardless of the mistreatment we will continue to book the Marriott hotel in the near future.
Breakfast area was conveniently located near the lobby, the coffee was excellent, even the carryout coffee was perfect.

The ice machine on our floor was broken. We had a light in our room that flickered so bad it was like a strobe light AND the fan in the bathroom was broken
