Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Bathroom had no place to hang towels - need more hooks or bars. Shower doors were cloudy and had soap scum on them. If you are going to have glass doors, you need them to be clean and clear. Air conditioning didn't work in some of the rooms and the lobby.
Location, large open lobby and breakfast area, bathroom was spacious.

Trouble with tv in sitting room. Maintenance was not able to fix it.

The hotel is under construction at the moment and it seems like no one has vacuumed in quite a while. The room had a cracked window and a broken closet door and wasn’t as clean as I expected, I expected more from Marriot
Wonderful breakfast choices! Really good! Nice to be able to eat and then get ready for the day! The people working the breakfast room were very nice and helpful! The mattress was actually really comfortable!

My 18m old found a pill on the floor. There was trash on the floor on the side of the bed. So the floors were clearly not vacuumed, or looked over. Luckily my daughter didn’t try to eat the pill that she found. The room felt extremely damn when we arrived, as the fan or air wasn’t on.
The staff was very pleasant and it was close to our location

Lobby and elevator had big chunks of dirt from someones shoes. No one cleaned it our entire stay. Shower trickled out. No water pressure.

Shows a hot tub in the pictures. There was not one on site. One of the biggest reasons we licked this hotel. My girlfriend was very disappointed. We considered leaving the hotel to find another but my girlfriend didn't want to deal with the hassle.
The hotel was clean. The staff was helpful but very limited due to being only a few staff on hand. I left a few items in the room. The staff secured these items. That was great and very thankful.

Our bathroom door was really hard to close and open one closed. There was not a hot tub and the redone pool is so small! (Website needs to reflect pool changes)

The indoor pool was sooo cold. You need to get a heater so the water temperature will be at least 75 degrees. The mattress was not comfortable at all. They need to be thicker for better comfort and sleep. the shower head needs to replaced . It sprays water everywhere.

The pillow cases and sheets were all crumpled so looked scruffy but they were clean. The breakfast plates were all styrofoam so really bad for environment

The woman at the desk on 7/27 at 4pm greeted us with a matter-of-fact statement that our reservation didn't exist, that they were sold out and no "I'm sorry." I said that I had made the reservation months ago and had already paid and I went to the car to get the paperwork. She looked at it, did a little more searching, and finally found the reservation. She never apologized and, honestly, her poor customer service attitude stayed with us the rest of our stay. The facilities were great, but the front face of the hotel is the most important thing.

A little pricey for the stay. The room could have been cleaner. All the mirrors looked like they had stuff all over them. And the bathroom counter. My husband and son went swimming at the end of the day. There were no towels, so he called the front desk, but he was told to call me and have me come get them and bring them to the pool because they were the only staff member there. But when I came down, there were two of them. Definitely would not stay here again.
