Worst thing: having to review everything I buy. All other things equal I would always buy from a company which did not engage in this vile practice.

My blanket had gone missing and I called the receptionist, she told me it was there and she had seen it in the lost and found. When I went to pick it up, no one could find it.

They lied about the pool being heated and the hot tub didn’t work and high was the main purpose of getting that room and I had a baby roach in the bathroom and my sheets weren’t clean

when I walked in my room. the ac unit cover was off and tools remained in room. phone didn’t work and issues with the tv. no offer to refund me any part of money for room which in my opinion was overpriced. rooms also smelt musty.

Told a lot of things @ checking by manager that never happened. Pool & elevators not in service. Should have been disclosed on booking.

The breakfast was ok. They had waffles but not the kind you make. The waffles were packaged and placed in a warmer so not the greatest. Made the texture hard and some were not warm at all.

They offered free continental breakfast.

The pool was not available because they were remodeling.

I had to come into town late and they have 24hour desk is a huge bonus for me and my children.

Just let me say the customer service was horrible, during the breakfast my wife ask for somemore juice and she was told it wouldn't be anymore put out until later. People where having to go to cars or back to there rooms to get something to drink. No trash bags in the trash cans in the rooms . Etc.

The hotel had a very strong cleaning type smell. Possibly bleach or something. It was bad in the lobby.

The sheets had dried on food on them. The toilet was stopped up and the sink was stopped up. There was shaved hair in the sink and a foul odor in the sink when you went to wash your hands. The sheet was changed by an amazing housekeeper. The bathroom issues weren't addressed and we checked out at 1:30 am. The owner was called yet no compensation was offered.

It was in a good location with plenty of places to eat.

The place smelled musty, the room did too. When I went to adjust the air conditioner, I found 2 Febreeze car air refresher clips in the vents. The ice machine was broken, the pool and hot tub were down. When I asked the front desk about it, they straight up said "look, were like the poorest hotel in Tyler". 😳 Then, the 2nd time we used the bathroom, the light went out so I brought a lamp into the bathroom. They did offer to have us trade rooms but I had already unpacked us so I declined. But thank you for offering! Next, my toddler and I got ready for bed and we found a cockroach in the bathroom that my toddler wanted to play with because I have taught him "bugs are our friends". So that's lovely. And lastly, I asked the front desk for a little milk as I forgot the milk for the toddler's bottle. She checked and said that they had silk milk but the regular milk looked curdled!! What in the world?! That's concerning. Went to breakfast and the wallpaper in one part of the dining area was stapled to the wall... At least 6 or 7 staples keeping it up. Wow. I brought a friend along for this trip and was pretty embarrassed by the whole thing. Paid 105.88 for this place - shouldn't be more than $65 a night.

The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, the 6 lanes of traffic was noisy all night, but that had nothing to do with the hotel itself.

The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful with taste, temperature, and assortment.

The pool was ice cold (as in too cold to be in longer than five minutes at most), and several doors in the building had malfunctioning locks (regular rooms, storage, and even the pool room suffered from this), so rags were regularly left in the doors to keep them from fully closing.

There was a young lady named Brooke who was working the front desk, and she was PHENOMENAL! She was helpful with our keys (as our door was malfunctioning), and she was there if we needed help with something. Besides her, the only other employee that we dealt with wasn't very helpful.

Set a wakeup call for 6:00a never got the call ,and was late.All I heard was excuses that it was made on a different shift.No apology.
