Besides the construction, the room was old and humid. The carpet needed cleaning, the rooms just needed a remodeling.

The breakfast was good the first morning, they had all the toppings for the waffle. The rest of the days it was good, not great.

The hotel humid, and it smelled like mold. The restroom in our room smelled like sewer.

There was a note posted that the facilities were under renovations. Nothing stated on website. When I asked staff they said we just started. Did not see anything under renovation. Rooms had no tv service, pool was closed and no guest laundry service. The hotel looked run down and had a foul odor. Will not be staying there again!

Once we entered we saw postings apologizing for any inconveniences due to remolding which we were not aware of when booking. So that was a surprise. The room seemed fine until I found empty water bottles by the night stand. Then the restroom had a dirty used towel left behind. The toilet bowl stunk like urine which didn’t go away. The tub was filthy. You can tell that housekeeping just did the bare minimum.

Location was great and staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious as well.

Remodeling being done to rooms across the hall and next to room had to deal with the banging throughout the evening (current time 7pm) and they are still working. There were no towels in the room. Had to get them myself from the front desk. Room was not clean very well. Found potato chips under the bed.

Breakfast waffles tasted soapy, coffee tasted old, pool was very filthy, staff was possibly having an off day at check in 2nd day she had a better attitude.

The bathtub was dirty. I asked about extra towels and a blanket for the sofa bed. I was told they were in the dryer that they would bring them up. Waiting another hour. Called no one answered so went back down and was given a few dirty towels and told we don’t have any extra blankets. I’ll need to check storage and I’ll take it to you. Never heard back from her. Mind you we had 3 people in the booking and only given 2 towels. Not enough for everyone. And the sofa bed had no bedding in the room. I wasn’t asking for extra just what I needed for the room I booked. The staff were every short with me and had an attitude about everything I asked for including needing to split the bill. Oh and the price you pay isn’t the booking price. They charge more than the price you book for online still waiting for the bill to settle after splitting it.

Loved that the ac was cold at night. It’s a decent size room.

The window a/c unit must have a controller since we could never get it to cool to 72 degrees to help with the very (post rain) humidity. The bathtub is rusting out.

Booking doesn't update photos. Booking also doesn't notify that the building is under construction. No pool access due to construction and it was green. amenities not updated to what is available.

Bad service, and breakfast was horrible. first put us in a room with no. bathtub knowing we had a 1 year old with up when we checked in but we were able to be moved but it wasn't that much better, no pool had to use next door hotels which wasn't any better. room was hot couldn't control the a/c. we stayed a week and trash was not taken at least 2/3 days in so it got piled up especially with baby diapers which made the room smelly.
