Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great location. Great staff. Booking did not relay that I had a pet with me, but the staff meeting that on site and gave me a first floor room right next to the exit door that had the best dog relief area. I really appreciate it that they have a tub as I had a marathon I needed to soak. The counter is really big in the bathroom. Decent television. Easy location to campus, but you also have the mall right there. I didn’t have a chance to have the breakfast. I like that they had two large real dressers. If you had a longer stay, then they would be really helpful. It’s a really good size room. Chair for lounging, good desk. Easy.

Got there late 10:30 11:00 got in our room room was at 60° 65 it was set at freezing found out the carpet had just been washed but it hadn't been dried The room was damp The sheets in bed were damp almost feeling wet had to change rooms at around midnight staff did help us find a different room but not real impressed with the dude that was on that night people hanging out on the third floor in the hallways overall the place was clean something didn't like us in the food in the morning not sure if it was the food or if it was just our systems

Comfy bed, soft, poofy pillows!!! A/C worked wonderfully. I LOVED the big shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. It's nice to know that if I forget to bring shower amenities, I have more than a 2 oz bottle of shampoo to wash my hair with and know that I have enough bodywash to cleanse my entire body, so thank you so much for that!! Tv allowed streaming, YAY!!!!! I give your hotel 5 stars. My husband and I were without power because of the storm and were able to book the last room available for the night. We were definitely not disappointed.
