The bed needed more pillows, only 3 for a King size bed. The breakfast area needed someone attending it. The coffee thermos was empty, the paper plates were too small for the Waffles, the syrup container was empty and the coffee cup lids were too big for the cups.

The location was close to our destination. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. The price was very competitive.

Very dirty. I don't think our room was actually cleaned. The bathroom was really bad. The staff found some clorox wipes so I could clean the toilet before sitting on it. The whole room was definitely not up to standard.

Every time I went to the front desk there was no one there I had to wait ten minutes when I got there (which was a little early) before someone showed up to talk to me. Apparently they do not have anyone working at the front desk from around 11am to 3 pm. I asked to have the garbage taken out of the room and they said no problem and no one showed up to do it.

It had a little coffee maker and a nice little fridge. The place was quiet. TV had a nice variety of channels.

I understand that there are some renovations happening, and the bathrooms are definitely need of some renovations. Additionally, around 9:00 a.m. construction started and there was drilling, hammering, and what sounded to be a person falling while we were trying to rest.

Staff was great, and the bedroom portion of the accommodations were also very good.

We chose this hotel because of the pool and were disappointed to find that it didn't open until 10:00 on a Saturday when check out was 11:00. How do we know that we would have chosen somewhere else because we were planning to swim the whole morning before we left. Also the beds had hair on the comforter.

HVAC system was whacky. It would get very hot no matter what temperature it was set on. Bathtub had no real drain, just an open hole.

Check-in took 1 hour because there was only one person working the desk for check in. It seemed like they were completely caught off guard about the concert going on next door, even though their hotel was booked solid on a Tuesday.

Great location walking distance from the Nutter Center, where we were attending a concert that evening. Our room was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. Couch was also comfortable to sit on.

The room certainly could have been cleaned better. There was hair/gunk in the drain 🤢 and the elevator had tape holding things together. So some things were a bit sketchy. Breakfast was eggs, cereal and breads. No meat of any kind so I definitely wasn’t impressed with breakfast by any means. Overall I probably wouldn’t stay at this particular hotel again. Especially for an extended period of time.

Room was a disaster the fridge leg was broke so I had to fix that, the the exhaust fan in the bathroom was making a horrendous sound so I had to take the vent cover off and unplug that, and the steam from the shower kept causing the smoke alarm to go off and smoke alarm was also hanging from the ceiling.

Staff was friendly and the location was ideal for our baseball tournament.
