Had bugs that would enter the room through the air conditioner, or at least that’s where they all congregated. Worm like creatures, lots of them. I’d pick them up with tissue provided and flush them.

Our first room we were assigned reeked of smoke, and my son has asthma. It was unbearable. They have a pool and fire pit seating area on premises but not usable. These amenities would be great perks for a longer stay like we had. (They didn't advertise having a pool).

The cost of our room was nice, the staff was accommodating, and the location was great for where we needed access to food, grocery, and the trap shooting event.

During my stay, it rained on the last day, and something (maybe the outside rain gutter) was causing a rattling noise in the bedroom. I had a white noise generator with me, so that was able to mitigate the issue.

The room was larger than I expected (2 Room King Suite), and the staff was very professional and accommodating to my inquiries and needs. Mary at the main desk was especially friendly, and I enjoyed interacting with her. The Location was great with good restaurants, stores, and points of interest/activities nearby.

This is a small thing, but a vending machine that takes digital payments would be nice. It is not a complaint, just a suggestion.

The location accommodated my special request and communicated their decision timely. Check-in was seamless. I was greeted warmly and left with no doubts that I'd made a great decision on lodging at the last minute.

A few things could be repaired: paint chipped on walls, large area of different colored paint on ceiling, cigarette burns on edge of bathtub, bathtub fixtures not secure in wall. I believe that there were dogs in this room at one point as I experienced symptoms of my allergies to dogs and heard dog barking in another room. It would be great to have rooms set aside that have never had pets for people with allergies. Staff didn't confirm anything about reservation such as length of stay, and as of this review we haven't received any receipt.

The mattresses were very comfortable! Room was clean. Staff was good. Didn't realize we were getting a full kitchen in our room- didn't use it, but it was nice.

Quirks: As for the shower...you remember the Olympics? While taking a shower you had to stand in the bath tub like you were on a 4inch beam! It is sloped in the center so much you could not stand comfortably. It would have been better if they didn't have a makeshift bath then ub and just have a walk in shower...not happy with that feature at all! Next time if I remember I'd  probably steer away from staying there just because of the shower pan...  I don't know if every room has it but was not comfortable trying to take a shower even though the shower pressure was great! It also doesn't offer breakfast, howerer there are enough fast foods close by. Oh and no elevator...

Red Roof inn West comfortable It had a regular size fridge, microwave and a stove top for cooking, but no pots and pans. The bed was comfortable.  Front desk was courteous and friendly. It was a standard hotel and at a good price. It was pet friendly but some don't know how to pick up after their pets so you have to watch where your step.

In the bathroom, the towel rack fell off within about an hour of check-in. So we didn’t have a place to put our towels in the bathroom. Was hoping we could have one day room cleaning.

we had a nice two queen bed suite. Dog friendly. Close to the tennis facility we were there for a tournament. Very nice staff. Specifically, manager Danielle was exceptional. We had to leave a day early due to a medical issue. My husband was having and she took care of us by calling the third-party vendor Booking.com and refunding our last night stay. Wonderful.
