Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaWe have a very high personal rating for hotel stays which means we leave the room as we found it, yet they have not yet returned the security deposit of $150 which is more than the room cost. Every other hotel we stayed at removed this fee as soon as we checked out. It is still showing on our credit card a week later, it's not our card provider holding it up because it has not happened with other Hotels.
The bed was comfortable, the room clean and it was close to the Highway. The breakfast was also good.

I had requested an accessible room with a king bed, I got the king bed. I was next to the gym and ice machine, not a huge deal, but a bit more noise than other rooms. The rooms were clean, but the furniture was marginal, upholstery is worn on the chair. Not big things, just the building showing it’s age.

United StatesAs stated, you could see the wear and tear on the facility from over the years; a quiet area for businesspeople is desperately needed, next to the cafeteria/eating room was kind of tough because some quest/kids were loud - perhaps a screen of some sort would do the trick; and a little more variety for breakfast would help.
Staff was very engaging and inviting; Staff was also very efficient in terms of responding to guest (something I witnessed on more than one occasion); location was pretty central to the things I needed to get done; and although the facility was somewhat dated, you could see that it was kept clean.
