Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The sausage had something gritty in it.
Christina at the front desk was great. I messed up my reservation and she worked with Booking.com to quickly get it resolved.

A King room was booked but a Queen room was provided. I just accepted it and it was fine.
The location was excellent. The breakfast is typical of what Fairfield Inn offers and satisfactory.

The room had a little smell. We thought maybe the carpet or air conditioning.

Couldn’t have breakfast or use pool. Hotel lost power and we had to check out early. It was hot in the room and i had children with me. Pool was closed when we checked in and when we checked out.
Clean room! Good location to grocery stores and restaurants.

The elevator could use some more attention: a- Not a so good smell (I guess it was the carpet there). b- Needs air freshener (why not a mirror too). Exhaust fan in my room (209) was unbelievably loud. Needs to be changed.
Room was clean, same were the common places. The breakfast area, although not rich, but cozy and just perfect for what you pay. Enough place in the parking for everyone.

After unpacking a few hours later I discovered that the vent in the bathroom did not work. The front desk said I could move to another room not on the 1st floor or they would have the maintenance man repair it the next day. I choose to wait rather than pack up and move. It turned out he could not repair it the next day and it remained broken the whole 2 days of the stay. The indoor pool was closed due to the pump having a leak on the first night of the stay, which made it unavailable the remaining two days there. Corporate policy likely prevented all of these repairs in a timely manner as the usual pool supply and home supply box stores were within a block of the Inn. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable with a noticeable sunken middle area. Well past the time for a replacement.
The continental breakfast was acceptable, with a large variety. The pool and gym were convenient, but the pool was open only my first day there, which I had not used it then.

Everything was just perfect. The highlight of us staying there was watching "Kenneth". He was painting, Cleaning rooms, and low and behold he cooked breakfast. He had a really nice personality and always spoke.

It’s hard to get someone in the phone. They BARELY ANSWER . My room had trash cans but no trash bags in them. My room keys almost always didn’t work, even after me and my family did all the things the staff asked us not to do (putting them close to cellphones etc) to prevent this.
The staff was super helpful

Bad plumbing in my room. The sink was running over, and I had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. Also when I arrived the pool was closed this was not mentioned on the site. Dingy linens.
The property was walking distance to several stores and restaurants.
