Needs to be cleaned. The carpet in the room was filthy, staff did not continue to refill breakfast items, pool was gross and the entry pole on the pool stairs was broken.

Paint all over the floors. Bathtub leaked water the whole time. No exhaust fan. Couldn't get extra towels. Outlets in the lights wouldn't hold a charger port. Breakfast was cleaned up 1 hrs before they said it closed. Elevator didn't work sucks when you have problems with knees, hips, and back problems. Doesn't look anything like it's pictures did online. Lobby looked nice though.

The washroom was too small. Old worn down tub and shower. The elevator was not working. There was no way to go to the room from the reception area. We had to go out of the building and then go around and take the stairs. Room was on the 3 rd floor. The reception lady did not give us the directions on how to reach the room. I had to ask 3 times.

The bathroom was not clean . There was dirt atoubd the corner. It black goo.

Heater - A/C was hard to control. There was a very worn old couch seat in room.

It was actually very quiet. Got comfortable sleep. Staff was very nice and pleasant.

The room was not cleaned properly, there was toe nails on the floor, hair on the dresser. The remote, microwave, nightstand and phone was not cleaned properly or at all.

I did not have breakfast and the location is perfect for my two jobs I have in Canton.

Was not told pool was closed until we checked in, elevator was broken so we were given ground floor, my husband is disabled, it rained so hard our room flooded, the mattress cover had stains, and 1 dead flea and what looked like flea dirt or just dirt. No AC in the main lobby.

Air was leaking, outlets were broken. Elevator was broken had to walk up 3 flights of steps to the room. Our socks got dirty from the rugs ( it needs a shampoo bad!)

Room was absolutely disgusting. Bedding had blood on it and dirty towels were left in the bathroom from a previous stay. The floors were sticky to walk on & there was no extra toilet paper to replace what was used. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana. The light in the bathroom didn’t work at all. There was food also left behind the night stand with ants crawling all over. Do a better job cleaning your facility.

NOISE: Lots of people slamming doors during the night. ALARM: The fire alarm went off 3 times between 2am and 2:30am. By the time I got up and dressed, it was reset, this same thing happened 3 times. The room was clean but the tub dripped loudly all night, I had to put a towel under the drip.

The outside was very run down, dirty, trash, multiple junk/crashed cars in the parking lot. Bikes were chained to the railings - looked as if people lived there long term. There were several scary looking men hanging out smoking in front of the lobby door. Traveling alone I decided to not to go in and drove to another hotel.

I was too afraid to go in so I am not sure if I would have liked anything.

The sheets didn’t fit the bed. There as old painter’s tape that had been painted over on the bathroom door. The lampshades were brittle and cracked off on the sides.

It was dirty. There were cigarette buts lying around. The property in general looked really run down. I was grateful that I did not have to spend much time there, literally just slept and left.

Back of toilet was leaking, no trash pickup, room key kept getting deactivated. Towel rack was broken. No free weights in fitness area and only 2-3 machines worked. It also looked like no one ever cleaned up in there.

Kids were running up and down hallway laughing and knocking on doors. My phone jack in room was not working, therefore no phone. The hallway carpets were dirty. Door only had a top lock that you flip over. The privacy lock was not working. overall experience I was very disappointed. will never stay there again. Staff at front reception was courteous.

Facility really needs a deep cleaning and updated.The halls had a musty smell, The carpet was nasty( came out from a shower and feet would be black from walking to the beds and you had to go wash them again) , toilet paper holder was coming off the wall, towels had stains on them, didn't know if they had been cleaned, all the surfaces in the room were sticky. The bathroom and sink area was one of the smallest I have ever seen .

The staff was very friendly and helpful and polite. Was a great location with food close by. It was a place to lay our heads for a family adventure

Everything was broke and old. Jacuzzi tub didn't work correctly, hairdryer was broke, tub in bathroom wouldn't turn off, mold and nasty in shower, no Kleenex, and breakfast was a joke. No juice available only put out a couple of 1/2 pints of milk at a time along with a couple of eggs and a couple of sausages at a time. Had an employee sitting and watching when items were gone before making new ones even if the stuff was old and cold, so nobody was getting food because it was old and nasty and they weren't making any more until it was gone... disgusting.
