Our room was a little dirty. There was some dirt on the floor next to the trash cans. The laminate flooring was coming loose next to the wall. That needs to be repaired.

The property was in a great location. It was close to stores and restaurants.

I booked through booking.com , and they failed to mention that the facility was under construction. The "suite" was tiny. For whatever reason, someone was vacuuming around midnight. We were on the first floor, and it smelled of Marijuana or whatever people are smoking these days. I was double charged after letting the night attendant know that I had already been charged for my reservation through online booking. Breakfast was mediocre. The attendant at checkout was friendly, but unfortunately, the stay was already the worst I've ever experienced. Word of advice: Don't book a room by an experience you had at the same chain in another city. The name alone doesn't guarantee a quality room or good experience.

Hotel was under renovations and was not the cleanest. My family and I stayed in a newly renovated room and it still had construction dust in it. We went down for breakfast and there was hardly any food. I travel for work and stay in hotels a lot and have paid less for better places and was not the norm for your brand. The construction site at the front of the hotel was a complete mess.

Construction can be understandable but provide your guests with a discount to put up with it. Parking was minimal at best. No parking space lines meant it couldn’t be used to its capacity, because people were double parked. Noise, lots of it night and day. Where were the staff? No front desk staff around. We had to give out room keys to one of the cleaners, as no one was available for check out at 9am!? very disappointing Marriott. I have a feeling many who stayed this past weekend, won’t be coming back.

The benefit in location depends on what you want. This place is a short jog to the horse park, which was in line with our needs.

The entire first floor is gutted to the studs and dust covers everything. The hall to the elevator had extension cords across them for the construction workers. At 8 am, you knew you were in a construction zone.

I like the location. It wasn’t far from where we needed to be, and in close proximity to restaurants and shopping.

It took 3 times coming back to the desk to get key card to work. The heater in the room was defective and emitted to much heat. Finally just turned it off. Outside temp tire was 21 degrees. Room got down to 53 degrees. Thermostat would not function. Outside of facility was cluttered and dirty due to construction. With weak lighting in lot.

The ladies at the front desk we’re very friendly and helpful. But it took a while to get key card to work.

They are doing renovations which is great! Our room wasn’t either quite done or not cleaned. Had construction mud on the floors and electrical was a little rough to get too.

Parking was tight

The location was good for a cycling event in Georgetown. It had a pool and spa. The breakfast was good.
