Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

For a European the heavy use of plastic and disposable kitchenware, especially at breakfast is quite shocking, if not disgusting. That all ends up somewhere where it filths the planet.

could use a little love, wall paper peeling off the wall in bathroom, rust peices on the floor in the pool room and pool room very small and no control over creaming kids volume in pool room. Breakfast ran out at 8:15 ony thing left was some scrambled eggs and gummy biscuit gravy
The location is great and the room we had was spacious and fit our needs

The hallways & elevator are very dated looking, but the rooms appeared to have been remodeled. The rooms were great, bed comfortable, appeared to be clean!

Bed was a bit stiff for my liking but hard to please everyone so not much of a complaint. The shower head pressure was great but the tub was small and even hard to stand in. Kept feeling like I was gonna slip and the curtain blew in the shower a lot which is annoying.
The staff was kind and upgraded us to a suite at no charge which was nice and worked perfectly for us. The room seemed clean. Breakfast was simple but perfect

Only dislike was that when we were there, the pool was under maintenance. We were very excited to have a good price hotel with a pool but upset we could use it, but of course we understand it needs to be cleaned and maintained
The rooms are much bigger than I had expected and the beds are very comfortable.

Something/someone in the building set off my allergies By the time we left, despite medication, I was feeling pretty miserable. Once outside I was fine.

The woman who checked us out over charged us for (2)GBP books. It took me 3 different calls to finally reach the site manager and she corrected the mistake.
Great location to Lambeau. Clean. Great staff.

Breakfast area was very crowded on the weekend. I think Lambeau Field was having a family day or something. The breakfast area isn’t very open so it’s hard to navigate around with lots of people. The waffle makers in the corner were definitely in very high demand.
I liked the breakfast. The location was very convenient for visiting my family in Greenbay.

I called ahead (the day of) to the hotel to specifically check that their pool and hot tub was working. My husband and I were driving all day and really wanted to relax. Upon arrival, the hot tub was broken. The staff was friendly, but management offered the bare minimum to make up for our poor experience. Experience. It also seemed like a lot of people were partying in the hallway. Staying here was a waste of our money and we should have just kept driving.

Charged $100 for a cleaning fee upfront. Informed we would be reimbursed after checkout- could take one week or longer. I'm assuming we'll never get it back. Room was outdated and very small. The AC didn't work very well and the beds were poor quality. Thin walls and loud guests.

There's no transportation to the casino
