Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThere was construction work during our stay at the end of March 2024. (It was going on in Aug 2023 during our relatives’ stay. Staff explained that it was paused for awhile to get permits then restarted) The workers were professional and courteous. But their tools and materials were stored next to the breakfast area—safety issues, esp for children.
The breakfast bar had a lot of options, food was refilled throughout the meal period, the staff service was professional and responsive to requests.

We’ve consistently stayed here two or three times a year and the staff has always been the best. We’re happy to stay here despite the renovations and all that entails. Sometimes you just have to weather slight inconvenience as companies make changes for the better. We’ve noted progress and the construction really has not affected our stay. we look forward to our next stay later in the year.

United StatesThe parking was limited I own a large pickup and someone nicked my door. I didn't like not having vending machines. On any other floor I had go to the lobby for refreshments..
Very comfy bed and sofabed. Very quiet stay. Adore the very necessary 12 o'clock checkout time. The breakfast was next level fresh diy waffles tasty bagels and hot strong coffee any execs necessities are taken care of.

TaiwanI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay. Upon entering my room after check-in, I noticed two issues: there were no paper cups for the coffee, and no safety box available. Although disappointing, I chose not to raise them at the time. The next morning, before going out, I clearly told the front desk that I did not want anyone entering my room until I checked out, as I preferred to arrange my belongings myself. However, when I returned that evening, I found that nearly all my items had been moved. I reported this to the front desk. While the staff apologized and suggested using the "Do Not Disturb" sign in the future, I had already given clear verbal instructions, and I understood the sign to be for when guests are inside the room. The situation worsened when I discovered a missing luggage tag the next morning. Although the financial value was minor, the tags had been specially imported from Japan to Taiwan, and I had spent weeks finding them. The item was not found despite a search after I reported it at checkout. As someone who has worked as a hotel receptionist before, I understand the job’s challenges and remained patient. However, this experience has made me question the hotel's communication and training procedures. I was particularly concerned about the security of my belongings, especially with no safety box in the room. Given that I had booked a higher-category room expecting better service, this experience left a very negative impression and makes me hesitant to stay again. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and work to improve communication and procedures to prevent similar issues in the future. Sincerely, Greta Lee

United StatesNothing. Breakfast now includes cheese omelets, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, great choice of cereals and yogurt, fresh fruit. You can make your own waffle. Plenty of teas and coffee.
We’ve been coming here the past five or six years to visit with our son and his family. Although remodeling has taken a long time, it looks great! Our comfortable king size bed was in a newly renovated large space and the bathroom was clean and bright and well stocked. So great to see and enjoy the changes! Hats off to the consistently kind staff and Alex especially. It’s always a pleasure staying with you!

United StatesThere was a major remodel happening and the entire hotel was an active construction site. Spa facilities were unavailable. Cleanliness was not great. I Found someone else’s pubic hair on towels that were folded and left as ‘clean’. No one actively monitoring breakfast buffet and children were taking food off their plates and putting back into the serving trays, while they were coughing with mouths uncovered while parents were making waffles
