Room had no curtains and spotlights from neighboring property was an issue.

It was very out dated, the hotel had a bad smell entering in the lobby. The fitness center was closed, or out of order. Normally I go to a hotel it’s sold out but this one wasn’t due to several reason. Need to upgrade the hotel.

The hotel was in a great location. The staff was professional and friendly. The breakfast was hot and a had variety of food to eat. Overall it was a decent stay.

The property itself was out of date. The lights were very dim, and the outlets were really loose, which caused them not to hold the cords. Bathroom lighting and fan were connected, which made loud noise. When we arrived there was no internet or television but there was a storm that passed through before we arrived. The room phone did not work. At breakfast, the waffle iron was hard to turn, but other guests assisted.

The staff was really great. The manager was very helpful she even came to our room to make sure we were okay during difficulties. The water was HOT, which is always a plus for my family and I. Breakfast was provided. Free parking, indoor pool.

I picked this hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool and a hottub. The hottub didnt work and the pool was freezing even though indoors.. I would have kept looking for another hotel had I known it didn't work so that was really disappointing.

Breakfast was really good, surprisingly a lot of options! Also, the staff was so friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and close to restaurants. The room was clean and easy to access from our car.

The hotel itself was nice but it had a very unusual smell, smell more of a urine or stuffy smell once you walk inside the hotel, and all so in the room when you have the AC on. We sprayed air freshener in the room to control the smell.

Although the property was aesthetically clean, I could tell that there were some underlying issues. Underneath the bleach smell from the cleaning products, there was sort of a mildew underlay.  you can tell that there is definitely an issue somewhere at the property. Upon arriving in our room it had a humid, musty smell. The room was clean for the most part but I did find a toenail on the carpet. The floors could have been cleaned a lot better. I definitely won’t be coming back, but it will be a decent place to say if they make those necessary corrections.

The property inside was aesthetically clean. The staff was ok. Checking in was pretty quick.

Pool was nasty!! Smell of marijuana in the elevator and in the hallways. We even saw call girls coming in. This was the nastiest place we have ever been!! The room door locks didn’t work well and we felt very insecure!!!

The beds weren't made, the rooms were dirty. The drawers kept opening up. The breakfast was horrible. The hotel is ancient and hasn't been kept up. The AC was louder than my father's snore.

AC made ahorrible noise....reported it Monday and it was Thursday before it was fixed. Smoke alarrm went off Saturday at 10:15 pm for about 30 minutes. No reason given but thankfully no fire!!
