We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesEverything was fine until my room was not made when I returned Saturday evening. Then, I was told that rooms were not made the next day. I also did not appreciate booking.com not offering discounts to AARP members or Seniors. In addition, the price which started out as $103 per night came to a grand total of $169.00 per night. Then, a bottle of water cost me $5.00 + $4.36 tax. I'll be calling your customer service office pretty soon.
Breakfast was great! I enjoyed the pool and workout room. The staff was kind even when they explained why my room was not made that day. I should have been told this little piece of information at check-In.

United StatesI stayed at the same hotel in August of 2024.The room seemed like it had been updated.At that point, the bed was more comfortable and so was the comforter.The room we had this sray seemed older.The bed was not as comfortable and the comforter was not the same.
The location was great.Only complaint about breakfast.I believe on Saturday and Sunday.Breakfast should be extended to eleven and the turkey sausage was not good.

United StatesWe had not left any tags on our door when we were gone for 14 hours. But when we got back we had no clean towels. No maid service had been in, so nothing had been done. Not that we really needed it, we didn’t make a mess or anything. But new towels would have been nice.
