The room above us was VERY noisy into the late night/midnight hours. We tried calling front desk to complain but couldn't get through.

The staff was EXTREMELY friendly & hospitable! The gentleman working the front desk the night of 3/22/25 deserves a special shout out for going above & beyond! Breakfast was very good, also!

The staff were great, I do think the cleaning could use some attention. There was a used washcloth draped over the rail and the shower curtain in my room, which the housekeepers just missed, but it didn't look like the sill under the bathroom door was very clean either. Biggest issue is that the lobby and main floor elevator lobby floors were disgustingly dirty when I checked in, but then were not cleaned still by the time I checked out 13 hours later. That needs work. There are maintenance and upkeep points which could improve also.

The staff were very good, the person who checked me in in particular was friendly and helpful.

The sheets had way to much bleach smell. I had a sinus and facial reaction to it ( I get I’m sensitive) the family members who weren’t said the smell overwhelms the room.

Cleanliness was not great. The breakfast tables were not wiped down between guests. Also we were told our room only gets serviced every 3rd day for us that was not great overflowing dustbins and had to request twice to please ask for our bins to be cleared. My opinion would be to chat to the cleaning team every room should have a check every day

All of the kids channels were blocked. The tvs were really small. Missing ice machine on our floor. Rusty and out of order work out equipment. Didn’t have easy access to towels in pool area. Pool area wasn’t as fancy as it was in pictures on website.

Spacious room. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. Everything worked properly in the rooms. The pool was heated. The breakfast accommodations were great. Friendly helpful staff. Always smiling no attitudes. Convenient location. Coffee was good. Water pressure in the shower was good.

The fact that I called front desk because of yelling and banging and thuds that shook the walls in my room and I was on the third floor. It was kids. The clerk didn't do anything. It kept on the 4 nights I was there. And TV was on the highest volume and still couldn't hear it. There must be something we with it.

The room we stayed in had like pink marks on bathroom walls and the shades to cover the windows were torn.

The breakfast was nice. Plenty of options and the lady kept a clean area. Very attentive to needs of guests.
