We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesUpon arrival we were told that the card machines weren’t working and we had to spend time sitting down filling out information about our credit card, then were told they needed to take a picture of the credit card. It did not make sense, it is not safe money handling procedures. The property also is butted up against the back of the At Home store so if you wanna go for a walk at night, it definitely is not safe, which is unfortunate. Lastly, when we all came to check in around 2:15 PM, we were very rudely told we were not allowed to check in until 3 PM sharp and I did not appreciate the attitude of the front desk attendant.
The sheets felt nice and the bed was very comfortable.
