Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

- The internet speed on the third floor consistently measures around 4.5 Mbps, which is simply not acceptable in today’s digital age. Whether it's for streaming, video conferencing, or remote work, this level of connectivity falls far below modern expectations.

The room had an odor to it, smelled as if it use to be a smoking room. The deadbolt on the door was the WORST PART! every time we opened the door, the deadbolt would stay stuck out and it was difficult trying to keep it in without opening and closing the door many times. It was a great inconvenience. But those were the only 2 issues.
Proximity to everything and our event. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great!!! Favorite part- Breakfast.

Our room was really rundown, dated, terrible allergies from the carpet/curtains — please get those vinyl wood floors! The bathroom was super old and worn out. This hotel needs a total makeover!!
Honestly not much. From the outside I was like “Oh no”, but once I was in the lobby it was okay.

All good, no complaints.
Front desk staff were all very friendly, breakfast lady really hustled to make sure that the stations were well stocked, room was very clean, cleaning staff were friendly, beds were comfy. No complaints!

Nothing critical… tub initially held water when showering, mirror in room hung crooked, lamp between beds needs replaced. The important things to me were just fine.
Staff very nice, location perfect for visiting friend, bed was so comfortable, good breakfast.

the only change i would suggest is that someone turn down the common area t v after 10-11 pm. My room was right beside it, #105, and it was on all night the nights I stayed. Just a suggestion.

The bathtub had very slow drainage. Every day I showered water would build up way past my ankles. I told the staff and they told me it was because the tub was in an angle. So it never got fixed.
The whole place was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

The bath faucet and shower head were a little funny, but nothing that broke the experience here! Very lovely place!
Staff was amazing at check in, the house keepers were very friendly, the kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful! The cleanliness was excellent and above my expectations. The breakfast was good, there’s definitely an option for everyone!

On the business side of it, there were issues. I needed a receipt after checking out, but was told their machine was down and that I would get an emailed receipt. The receipt still has not been emailed to me. In this day and time with scammers and hackers, this is not acceptable. Now, I have to call the property and demand one. I do not have the time for such inconveniences.
The breakfast was convenient and tasty.

The description on booking.com was inaccurate it said a king bed and a sofa bed was in the room but the hotel doesn’t even offer a sofa bed with a king bed. At least they gave me a rollaway bed so my daughter would have a bed.
