I didn't care for the breakfast. No eggs or meat and the potatoes were not all the way cooked. Plus I was not told or offered the 50$ gift card for staying 2 nights. Plus there were sponges holding up one leg of the desk. Just a little tacky.

The room was surface clean, but needed some attention. There were marks on the walls, dead beetles in the windowsills, and a dirty washcloth had been left hanging on the shower bar.

The room/bed was comfortable and the location felt safe. The breakfast was available, but not very good with much selection. It was easy to get in and out of with no problems with parking or staff or anything.

Unfortunately the room we booked and paid for in advance had been 'given away' to college students as well as a ground floor room as we're both seniors. Both had been confirmed in advance and we arrived well within the time window we had indicated. Internet was very weak...could not stream any videos on my laptop. So the facilities were wonderful....the rest not so much.

My only problem was there was a dirty bar of soap left in the bathroom. Now I didn't have a problem. But I overheard someone telling a employee that her bed had bedbugs.

The manager was the only person that was rude, tried accusing me of hoarding towels. I wasn't even at the hotel other than to sleep really. Gave him 5 dirty towels after being there 3 days and only gave me 1 back. And I was sharing a room so..

Almost all the staff was super friendly and helpful. Carolyn was so sweet and gave me run down of the town. I can assure you, if it wasn't for her, I don't think many people would stay there

Very nice Best Western staff was friendly and helpful. My room was crisp.and clean. It has a pool, great selection hot or cold for breakfast Overall, the facility hit all the high marks.

it was dirty. the glass door as soon as you walk in are smeared with something. The toilet had hairs all over it. So you know no one cleaned the toilet. Took twenty minutes and a second call to get someone to come clean the toilet. They don’t allow early check ins. Not a person there but no room to put us in. Mind you we got there at 2:21 pm and check in is at 3:00 pm. Their service was blah!
