Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

When we arrived there was a large group of travel sports parents and loud boys filling the lobby and gathering area. That night they were running through the halls at 12:30am. I called the front desk and they handled it. After that the kids proceeded to be very loud in the room above us. They eventually quieted down around 1:30am. We did not get much sleep and had a busy next day. If I would do it again I would have turned around and found another hotel when I saw the kids in the lobby upon arriving.
The room was very clean, the front desk people were very very nice and tended to loud kids when asked.

when first arrived the parking lot had garbage all over. the breakfast included in the room was short on choices and they ran out of stuff.
staff was nice and the inside of the building was clean. the room was well stocked with toiletries.

The pool wasn't as clean. Scum/dead skin build up around edge of pool.

The bed was not comfortable at all. Again, the bed was not comfortable at all!
The breakfast and the conversation with other guests and staff were amazing. I knew one of the staff members husband. I had not seen his wife in person in over 22 years.

I would've liked for the room to be cleaned.
Staff was wonderful about restocking breafast items including waffle mix, eggs, and more. Staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in including helping with my disabled mother.

The hot tub was down and was one of the reasons for booking this. The room smelled very musty no matter how much we ran the ac. Also the controls box in the elevator was literally swinging open, exposing wires and other critical items that little hands could probably get into trouble with.
Staff was kind and well-informed about local information. They offered us 24 hour coffee, some notepads and pen when I was working on a project in the dining room/lobby. Breakfast was a good variety of hot, cold, and ready-to-eat options.

Would not extend my check out at all even though I was having major dental surgery.
Room was clean and comfortable. Entire building was as well. Would stay again if returning and or recommend to family and friends. Nice pool with a jacuzzi and nice breakfast area. Good value for the price. Staff was courteous and professional.

Unfortunately I booked the hotel with booking.com and I couldn’t get an adjusted bill for my AAA discount. That was the only disappointing thing.

Breakfast disappointing. There was a pan out for eggs, but it was empty. Only fruit available were oranges. Basically packaged pastries were available.

The checkin staff wasn’t the friendliest at 2:30 in the morning. My room was next to the elevator and seemed like a closet more than a room. The other rooms I’ve stayed in are very nice however!

I discovered mold in the bathroom ceiling and was transferred to another room. I appreciate the accommodation in quickly moving to another room. However, I was taken back when the team member asked me to specify my recompense for the inconvenience via BonVoy points. I shorted myself and said a free night. However, the right thing to do would have been to comp my stay or reward me 3 nights of BonVoy points. When it was time for me to check out, there was a wait for the front desk staff.
The staff was friendly and I appreciate the gift bag gesture.
