Breakfast could have been much better. A nice selection of food but the main items, eggs, sausage and bacon were cold and we ate just after they opened at 6:30am.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and hotel was very clean.

We were here for one night. We left soon after checking in and didn’t notice issues til we came back late at night. One of our beds had crumbs in it from previous guests. There seemed to be blood or some kind of stain on the curtains. Bathroom sink was dirty. Would stay here again, I would just inspect the room before actually settling in. Staff was very friendly.

I would have liked drapes that covered the whole window. In the afternoon the sun was shining in the room, making it hard to see TV. The sheers did not block out the sun.

The breakfast was delicious. Lots of choices. Your location and price are reasons I will return next year.

We were staying 3 nights.Had to ask for toilet paper, towels, coffee supplies,and kleenex, and then only got towels. Had to go and ask again.

Strong marijuana smell through the hall ways on 2nd & 3rd floors. My room was decent but my families rooms had crumbs and pieces of candy around the beds. Parking lot needs repainted due to can’t see the lines cause parking to be off.

The ONLY issue was the first staff member at check-in. She did not smile once nor make eye contact. Another staff member came out of the office and greeted us with a hello and smile, and the night clerks were friendly as well. Mind you, we were there for a wedding celebration, and our check-in included a beautiful welcome bag from the grooms parents. The woman at the desk remained monotone and rude, even. Maybe she was just having a bad day.... but this was not a good first impression to make to guests. We were very glad to see that her conduct was not a reflection of the rest of the staff. The rest of the stay was wonderful.

Clean facilities. Delicious continental breakfast. We were in Chesterfield for our niece's wedding, and this stay was centrally located, so we were minutes away from the church, a cute little downtown area, and the banquet hall for the reception. We were also right next to Walmart for any last-minute needs.

Cops were there when we got there looking for someone on the premises. Room doors opened to the outside. Staff was not helpful at making us feel safe. Hotel refused to refund money.

I didn’t notice till we slept on the bed under the sheets there were a lot of yellow stains on the bed. The mini fridge had brown stuff spilled in the freezer part.
