Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThere was a smell in the room that was almost unbearable. Fortunately, we were able to be move to another room the day after our arrival. We later found out that it was a known ventilation problem. Why we were assigned a room within the "smelly" area with other rooms available is beyond me. I personally appreciate a more proactive approach.
Our stay was nice. The hotel is conveniently located across from our meeting venue. Although to warm to walk, the location prevented us from having to maneuver traffic. Staff were all pleasant.

Brand new, the mattress was SUBSTANARD and INADEQUATE. This was very disappointing to me since the essence of a hotel is to provide a great bed and a good place to stay for the night. THIS HOTEL WAS NOT THAT PLACE. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
