We came on a fully booked/sold out weekend, it was definitely busy and seemed like they needed a few more staff, but everything still was kept clean and quiet.

Breakfast was great, bar and the staff at the bar was great, front desk staff was wonderful, location is amazing and very walkable to many locations throughout the city. Right on the river walk!

Free parking would be lovely for guest.

The room was really nice and roomy. The room had a nice view and a comfy bed, the basics were covered. The breakfast had lots of nice options and spacious.

The bed wasn't very comfortable but I have yet to find a comfortable bed in any hotel.

The staff was very cheerful and helpful. They answered my question and were definitely willing to help me enjoy my stay with them.

Breakfast was pretty basic hotel options. Bed was very comfortable, plenty of hot water, proximity to Wells Fargo arena is great!

Breakfast was supposed to be ready at 7am. It wasn’t set up and ready until 7:30. This normally wouldn’t be a probably, but we were waiting on breakfast to be able to eat and leave. I’m sure it was because they were short-staffed which I understand is a struggle for lots of businesses.

Its location to the venue was perfect!

We had no control over the thermostat (low battery) and limited channels on the TV (I have Netflix and Amazon Prime, but it would not let me log in without creating a new account). Part of my family stayed at the hotel next door, and it would have been nice to have easier access between the two hotels (my mom, who had knee surgery, had to walk around the hotel to get from their car to the entrance.

There was lots of room to sit, and the bathroom was huge. The beds were comfortable, and with two TVs, there were no arguments about what to watch.

Umm, not much to add here, except I noticed on my bill that there is now a $20.00 charge for parking. This would have been good to know prior to checking into the hotel from a transparency point of view.

Breakfast selection was good and offered a selection that everyone would be able to find something tasty to eat. Rooms were superior and very clean. Hotel location is right near the city and very convenient right next to the conference center.

Shower pressure could be better but not terrible.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and lobby. Breakfast had plenty of options and served in a big open space. Convenience to the Wells Fargo Arena was a major plus, just walked across the street.

This property is within walking distance of some restaurants and the river. You can walk along the river which features a lot of interesting activities for all ages. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Elevators sounded like they needed maintained, they were kind of noisy & the Tap card Key or door lock for room 401 was temperamental and took a couple trys to unlock.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. Also being across the street from the Wells Fargo Arena was very convenient for the Monster Jam show
