The pool needs some umbrellas over the chairs. The immense sun and heat in the desert is impossible to sit in without some kind of protection

Facilities are excellent overall. Very clean room and public area. Spacious room and bathroom with amenities such as coffee maker and internet TV. Ice machine in the hallway. Snacks, drinks, and general items for sale in the lobby. Very friendly staff members.

Even though close to highway makes it easy to find, I thought the highway noise was noticeable while at the pool. Also no hot tub which was disappointing-they are so relaxing and great on road trips.

Definitely a beautiful new property, easy to find and convenient right off the highway (but also drawback for noise). Hotel was nice and new, very nice finishings and room was well equipped. Breakfast let a little bit to be desired but there was effort.

The environment around the hotel is extremely empty at night, I wouldn't recommend to stay at this hotel if you don't have a car. The room as constantly noisy throughout the night, either because of traffic in the highway close by or due to the ventilation which made the room shake all night.

The location of the hotel was one of the reasons why we chose to stay: the access to Joshua Tree National Park is very convenient. The breakfast was included and, even though it was nothing special, it had a good choice of food and beverages available early in the morning. The bed was comfortable. The staff at breakfast was very helpful as I couldn't get the toaster to work.

The exercise equipment was good and there was a cleaning station for when you're finished with it. I also made use of the pool and was pleasantly surprised to find it heated and had a great swim instead of a cold plunge. :D

The floor in the room was somewhat dirty, and the fan kept running despite turning it off. I would eat the offered breakfast for several days.

No jacuzzi. Room wasn't ready for check-in at the time promised. Staff member said I wouget a phone call when the room was ready. never received a call. It was an hour before a call.

The room key-in-slot system of powering up the lights in the room was a nuisance. We loved the idea, but the power would go off even when we were both in the room. That's frustrating. The bathroom also showed some wear compared to the immaculate rest of the room.

The location for our needs was wonderful, but I would recommend a little more signage since the entrance is tucked away down a street. The breakfast was also lovely and wonderfully maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet

Too far out. I should have researched more. Hair dryer did not work. I asked for another one and they said they would bring me another one. They never did. Breakfast was okay—-people were touching food and putting it back. I don’t blame the hotel, but that turned me off breakfast the following day.

Bed was comfortable and they allowed for a late checkout of 12:30 which I needed.
