The tents outside. Made me nervous about our vehicle.

I loved the staff. The two gentlemen standing and greeting us at the door were so nice. The girl that was working with us right away for our room. There was a fuse blown and she helped us right away and set us up with a whole new room. Absolutely will stay again!

Although hard to stop from happening, was initially uncomfortable with the people outside the hotel doors when trying to unload the car.

I had sent a request for an early check in and I got an acknowledgement but no response. I was also sent a check in online but when I tried to check in I kept getting a message that my reservation wasn’t showing.

The location was good but it wasn’t near where I needed to be in downtown Pittsburgh but I really didn’t have a good idea exactly where the hotel was located

it was a while before we could check in, we did arrive early, but weren't accommodated for that. we did have scheduled plans so it was a little annoying that we were told to wait for almost two hours.

the location was perfect walking distance for what we were there for. we appreciated the free breakfast and the room was great. having vallet was nice as we were right in the city and didn't have to panic about it.

They charged another $20 when check-in which I was not notified at all.

The bathroom is clean and comfy.

I felt that it was extremely over priced for the cleanliness of our room and what we had in our room, the bathroom was not clean, no tissues, one roll of toilet paper, limited towels, just not what I expected for the price we had to pay.

The property was centrally located to where we needed to be. The valet service was great and the staff.

The lack of towels and room cleaning. I understood that upon request, they would give us more towels. After asking for them, we did not receive the towels.

The breakfast the first day was okay. Our last day, the breakfast was much better.

No one present during Check Out

I've Stayed here 3 times Great Location with great views. Rooms Were Clean And Quiet. free Breakfast was excellent and had a large selection of different items. Great Price for what you get and if you are a guest the hotel will store luggage before /after check out for you.

We changed rooms, I left a pair of jeans in the first room. The next day I noticed they were gone. When I spoke to the desk...no one ever saw them.

If your going to have valet parking.....make sure the attendants for the parking know how to drive a stickshift. Day I checked in nobody knew how so I parked the car myself. Also retrieved the car myself.

Coffee station was empty most of the time and was cold if not empty :( Unfortunately there is no airport shuttle which makes it more diffucly to get to the location.

the fan, it is that noisy that you can’t hear the TV and even if you switch off doesn’t stop working

The Manager was not kind and did not treat us well when we asked for a refund of the parking fee as we were not told it has a charge of $28.

The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable.

the elevator smelled and the guy that puts out the breakfast stands there and watches how u eat and what u take so it made it uncomfortable but the breakfast was good no parking on site and it cost $31 to park

The noise level was a little loud at some times (my room was a river view but the interstate runs right along the river).

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The location was about a 10-15 minute walk to the heart of downtown—good restaurants and bars—and 15-20min to PNC park.
