1. Price too high but doesn't has facilities up to the mark. 2. Room is so small and not upgraded. Bathroom was good. 3. Very limited items in breakfast. 4. Beach is far from the location. 5. Doesn't has housekeeping ( You have to pay extra for housekeeping) Overall experience not good.

This hotel has nice swimming pool. And family friendly. Reception staff was good.

The hotel is a little out dated. No room service for a 2 night stay. We were not given the option. Parking was not included. Fees but no room service. It was overpriced.

The location was not bad. The breakfast was included even though we did not eat there. The pool area was nice. It was relatively quiet.

It’s a concession stand with a microwave. Powdered eggs for breakfast. Junk food. It would be nice to have better quality food to be offered. I don’t mind paying for good food but it’s not an option there

Bathrooms could use some upgrading. The noise outside with the local roosters crowing alllllll night made it impossible to sleep decent. Then the garbage man coming at 5am waking the entire hotel up was super rude.

Needs some updating, lots of rust in the rooms in bathrooms primarily. Breakfast was good and the pool area was nice as well. I didn’t need any room service but you can hear everything outside and the roosters crowing alllllll night made it hard to sleep!

I didn't like the boards/ lumber being in different spots it gave an abandoned feeling. Usually when it's like that renovations are going on but there was no working. We didn't have housekeeping daily . I was told that there was.

The breakfast was ok wish there were different options daily. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean , water fall / fountain was a nice touch. The room was ok it needed some uplifting for the amount of money spent it was not what I expected. I had a few packages delivered & all of them were secured until our arrival.

The breakfast was somewhat disappointing, great if you are a vegetarian, it would be nice to have someone to prepare hot meals, also not crazy about seeing black mold around the shower doors.

Not worth the money. Unfriendly front desk who did not explain anything about the facility. Did not offer the drink that was to come with the stay. If your booking thru a third party like a Booking.com I don't think you get good treatment. It is not like it was any cheap! The cost as much as for a all-inclusive!

The pool shut 30mins earlier than it was supposed to. The spare sheets and cover for the sofa bed were dirty and smelled awful like they hadn't been washing in a long time.

Horribly flat pillows, no dressers, only one very small trash can for two room suite, all tile trim in bathroom was dirty and cracked, couch was uncomfortable. Room needed a refresh.
