The parking and check-in process is not convenient. There is no elevator for the upper parking levels so carrying heavy bags or multiple bags is a bit cumbersome. People checking in at the same time are holding up other people from getting back to their parking space. It almost seems like it was an after thought for the parking decks.

Oceanfront on 2nd floor was nice; staff friendly and housekeeping kept rooms clean and stocked. Convenient location to eating and shops.

We were happy with the cleanliness of this hotel (and I am pretty fussy about cleanliness!) I would stay here again. The breakfast being included was a wonderful convenience and was excellent. The proximity to the beach is great. The indoor pool was very clean and nice with a great view of the ocean- loved that pool towels were provided.

The sliding glass do was kinda awful it was hard to open and made an awful noise. The shower pressure was not very good. Other than that everything was good.

Only 1 single restroom downstairs, which is a hassle during breakfast and check in & check out time. Check in time is quite late- 4pm. But then check out time is 11 am, so they really eat away at the time you can use the room. I expect more from a Marriott Hotel. Also parking is free, but only until 2pm on the day you leave, (which doesn't make sense since check in is so late, at 4pm). So that's also eating away at your time at the beach the last day, but not sure how much this parking time limit is enforced though.

Wonderful room, easy and free parking in garage connected to hotel. Nice sitting/lounging area downstairs, coffee/tea available all day. Nice clean little pool. Clean rooms.

Please more hooks and/or shelves!! This is a beach hotel...people are coming in and out from the beach/ocean. They are in bathing suits with beach towels. Also, lots of showers. There was only 1 hook in the room!!! There is nowhere to put wet clothes and towels!! Nowhere to put anything! Also there was no dresser, just a tiny end table-type thing with a few drawers. PLEASE more storage, shelves, and hooks!

The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The view was great! We liked being close to the beach and boardwalk.

Hdmi cord slot was busted out of the TV in both my room and my mom's room. Rooms were not ready at 4pm check in. We were put on the 7th floor which is ok to a point but we have a 1 year old and really couldn't use the balcony. Requested joined rooms when booked but could not be forfilled when we got there.

AC in our room wasn’t working to well (wasn’t cooling enough at lowest setting) Front desk staff could have been a little more friendly and willing to speak (at checking-in; 4 were behind counter and saw us come in, we waited for a few seconds as we stood there bc no one said anything or offered to assist us, we had to walk over to the group and we had to say hello and one finally greeted us….and during evening/night when returning; staff didn’t greet ppl coming in … not a big deal just an observation)

Hotel was in the middle… it was close to everything Hotel was clean and kept up Service staff were friendly and helpful Continental bfast was abundant and had a variety of good items to select from Parking was easy and plentiful

Front desk staff is not personable and we arrived at 230 and she reminded us that check in is at 430 and would call me when it was ready. I said a twxt? And she said no a call. The hotel and garage was empty at 230. At 415 no call so we went back and was told room was ready and no call and a text came 20 minutes later. The other factors make it great but front desk is not ideal and not accommodating.

Clean, great view, location and good price. The breakfast was outstanding compared to most free breakfast with your room. The location near the new dome is ideal.

On Easter weekend many city activities were in full swing and it was extremely crowded even late at night, with a heavy police presence, with road blocks and lots of flashing lights. We had to plead with the police to let us get back into the hotel at night because the entire block was blocked off from traffic.

Although it might have been lovely without the all-night dredging of the beach, complete with flashing lights, engines roaring and lots of beeping sounds for both of our two-night stay, had we known ahead of time, this we would have chosen a different location.

The heat in the room would not go pass 65 had to get it looked at, then the next day it stopped working and had to be fixed again. Breakfast needs bacon.

Restaurants in the surrounding area mainly offered burger or fried food, had to take the car to find restaurants that offered a wider menu.

Amazing view of the beach. Hotel is situated right on the sea front with access to the board walk. Room was a little 'tired' but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic fare.....scrambled eggs, toast, muffins etc.
