There was an inside pool however pool was cold and now a to heat it . No hot tub

Both front desk females checking in and out had little to no personality...weren't rude or anything we're just used to front desk people being more welcoming at hotels.

The lobby area was warm when we arrived. Although the room was clean, there was an odor. It smelled as if the carpet had gotten wet & soured. The air conditioning did work, but seemed to not cool.as well at times. There were no charging ports on the lamps, thankfully my daughter had a wall plug-in. The ice machines on the 1st & 2nd floors were out of order, only the 3rd & 4th floors machines were working. The room darkening curtains weren't long enough, so I put towels in the space to cover the sunlight. We could've used a couple more pillows.

I didn't realize the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast when I booked our room. It was delicious-eggs, bacon/sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, toast, muffins, waffles, fruit, yogurt, milks, juices, condiments, all were very good, & fresh!! The staff was sure to keep everything replenished. We had a baseball game Sunday morning. We got back to the hotel @ 10:07, but we were still able to eat breakfast. We did not at anytime feel rushed. Check-in/out was seamless. The room was clean & the shower had good water pressure. I love there were full-sized bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower, & they smelled good. The beds were comfortable.

I was sent to three rooms because I specifically wanted a tub. Got an attitude at the desk, she didn't even look at me. Sorry but I picked a specific room for a reason. A tub after a long drive. It's delightful. They had a pool that wasn't the warmest but it was a pool.

They were accommodating when I complained about not having a tub.

The beds were uncomfortable. We had a double queen room and one of the beds in the upper corner felt dented. Which made it hard to lay your head. There was padding under the fitted sheets but you could still tell and feel the springs.

I like the cleanliness. I liked that the hallways did not have a smell. The room was clean and the A/C unit worked and did not smell.

Shower was warm, not hot if I showered later in the morning.

Room was small in comparison to other places we have stayed on this trip. Breakfast was good, many choices, good fruit. Bed was comfortable

The rooms need a lot of attention , esthetically speaking. Dirty spots, smudges on walls here and there. Furniture looked as though it came from a 2nd hand store. Sofa was very dirty, didn't even want to sit on it. A few trim items needed repair.

The room was nicely designed and adequate, space wise. The area in and around the lobby looked clean and neat.

The A/C was crazy loud and had a significant rattle that kept waking us up. Finally just turned it on fan mode so we could sleep. The mattress was also not up to par with our other Fairfield inn stays. It was on the harder side and we could feel the springs.

East of check in process. The tv even had my name on it when we got to our room.

Break was very good. We picked this location because it was close to most of the locations we intended to visit.

it smelled like mold when we walked in and we could here dripping water behind the wall all night.

Large free breakfast with a lot of varying seating options. Indoor and outdoor space was nice. Beds were decently comfortable.
