We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe big problem was the $50 charge for bringing our dog. The listing said they were pet friendly, but no mention of an additional charge. We had no choice than to pay it since there was no where else we could go. Overall the facility if fine, but their pillows were flat and uncomfortable.

United Statesthe thing i didn't like about the room was the room was humid for some reason we had to have the ac on like 60 degrees for the humidity to go away i don't know if it was just my room or what, but it was uncomfortable and unpleasant and there was nowhere to charge our phones the outlets next to the bed were taken and had to charge them across the room next to the tv

United StatesWe specifically booked this hotel because it was shown to have a hot tub - something that is really needed by to soothe my disabled guy's knees at the end of a busy day out. When we arrived we discovered that the hot tub shown no longer exists. The pool is heated, but not warm enough to help here. The next issue came when we went to leave after settling into our room and discovered that the elevator that we had used on our way to our third floor room was malfunctioning and couldn't be called from the third floor. There was a sign directing us to use the stairs - not normally a big problem, but difficult for someone with bad knees. This was NOT mentioned to us at check in so that we could opt for a room on a floor that had a functional elevator call system.
The location was fantastic, staff was friendly and accommodating and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast smelled great, but we chose to go out to breakfast.
