I stayed here several years ago when the laminate flooring seemed to be relatively new, but now the flooring is really showing its age both in the common areas and also in the room where I was staying. I understand that those hotels that permit pets cannot have carpeting, but the bare floors make for a very cold, sterile feel.

This location is very convenient for those traveling on I-80. It is literally across from the entrance/exit to the Indiana Tollroad. There are also multiple dining options in close proximity. (My favorite is Culver's on the other side of I-80 from the hotel.) Ample free parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good value, IMO.

The breakfast was as good as expected for the price. There were a few questionable people staying there. If I were a single woman traveling alone, I am not sure I would have been comfortable staying there by myself.

Clean room and updated bathroom. It was perfect for a quick sleep before getting back on the road. For the price a very good value. My husband and I thought it was a nice stay for the price.

The lobby was completely torn up as they were remodeling and putting a new tile floor. It was hard to move around, and any of the conveniences were not easily available. The rooms are extremely basic in style. No comfortable chair or lamp, no real closet. It’s definitely made for travelers who just need a bed for the night.

The managers, Lisa and Ed were exceptional! They were very accommodating and helpful to me. I would rate them 10 out of 10!

The light switches on the bedside lamps, when turned off, turn into night lights and are way too bright. It lit up the room in an orange glow, and I had to cover with my socks. Very nit picky but enough to stay with me haha

The shower floor was quite slippery when in use, and there are NO grab bars to use for safety.

The entire wing that held the rooms, and the room itself, smelled of old cigarette smoke that time has not erased. The room's air handler made these tired bearing noises each time it ran. My mattress was a bed-in-a-box type that was past its prime, and I sunk into it, which was a bit hard on my bad back. Parking there is limited and there really is no room for cars pulling things. There were a few workers there taking up 2-3 spaces, parking their trucks with trailers at a diagonal. I was pulling a small car on a dolly, and was directed to park at the Sherwin-Williams store's lot next door, which made me a bit nervous about lack of lighting and security, but it turned out ok.

Price was great. The room was exceptionally clean, and overall, it was quiet and my sleep was undisturbed, which was more appreciated than I can describe!!

All good except you could only come and go through main front door and when you have dogs it’s more convenient to take them out side or back doors. Our room was situated right next to the side door and the area where the hotel wanted us to take our pets but door was an emergency door and you could not use it at all or alarms would go off.

Close to expressway. Big rooms with comfortable beds.
