The pics make it seem like property has access to the beach when it's actually a small walk away from property. You're only allowed one parking spot and my family doesn't fit in one car. Had to figure out where I could safely park second vehicle off property during our stay.

Great location and the condo was very nice for price paid. Easy access to shopping and drive on access to beach wasn't too far from property.

The property needs some updating. The shower handle was broken, mattresses were not comfortable. The house was lacking basic amenities such pool towels, additional bags for garbage. The pots and pans were horrible to cook on.

The apartment was a little dirty. There were roaches coming out constantly during the night. The internet would cut off constantly.

The location is great! Just steps away from the beach and restaurants and boardwalk. The apartment had enough towels and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. The neighbors were nice and the pool was clean. The size of the apartment is comfortable and the views from the 3rd floor balcony ( which is where we were) were incredible. Felt good to wake up with a coffe in hand and see the ocean view.

The code for the pool didn't work, even the people who live in the condo said it only works sometimes, I think it's a maintenance issue.

The cleanliness and closeness to the beach, had family in town for my mom's 80th birthday so we stayed on the island

Walking in there was glass broken laying everywhere from the coffee table. The room was 90 degrees took the whole stay to get the room cooled off. There’s no ceiling lights at all. Just lamps with a button on them and a switch. Dry wall peeling in every room both bath rooms were dirty. The wall and floor are separating ac vents haven’t been cleaning in a decade all over all it was over priced uncomfortable and discussing. The other condo we were invited to look at was remarkable and beautiful and the owner said we could of got it for half the price we got this one.

Condo smelled, shower was old and paint peeling, back balcony door was completely rusted and would hardly slide and didn't lock! Blinds in living room area didn't completely close for privacy...very unsatisfied Vacasa charged us a full night plus full booking fee! We wasted a full day of vacation looking for another place to stay!

Trash, we had to pick up in both bed rooms and main bath was not clean. Bedrooms were not vacuumed. Bedding as listed was not in the rooms so we called and they did bring us what we needed. The sliding glass balcony door is very hard to open and you can't see out of it. Lots of bugs to kill daily. It sure seemed that what we got was different than the pictures when booking. The family was over the bugs and we left earlier than what we paid for.

Location was great. Beach access is less than a 5 minute walk.

From the way it looked online it showed the beach was right behind hotel so that was a bummer.

The kitchen wasn't stocked with the right things and the things it was stocked with were in rough shape. The dishwasher was rusted out very badly (we hand washed all our dishes) and there were bugs in the kitchen (wiped down every surface before and after cooking). The sofa sleeper mattress was badly stained and sagging. The weather stripping under the front door is pretty much gone so when we had a rain storm, the rain came in under the door. One shower is so small, it only fit my little children. The beds were clean and comfy enough. I would go to South Padre again and I would use vacasa again (they were super easy and responsive) unless all their properties are like this one. We spent more time out of the condo than in, so it worked out okay. However, this condo needs a major overhaul.

The room had enough space for us and the location was nice. We felt pretty close to most things.

We stayed with Fiesta Sol for 2 nights and 3 days. We rented two condos, One of them had roaches and smelled, it also had the A/C not working. We did have to stay without cold air one night but they fixed it the next morning. The other room was much better but still not clean enough. The shower curtain had mold on it and the floors were so dirty. We moved a bed in both condos and the the floors were HORRIBLE under. The mattresses were also very old and stained. We also had a pull out couch in the living area that’s advertised in the booking, well the springs were torn, but they did come and fix it.

David was SO MUCH help. He fixed the bed spring for us and helped us get the property manager to come fix the A/C.

the room is very outdated and in poor condition. but kept clean. the couches are so old and worn when you sit down you about fall into an oblivion! the beds are old and the property just needs a general upgrade. one of the pictures shows the pool and it is not the same pool on the property. but another picture shows the correct one. can be kind of deceiving when you show up to the property and see what it actually looks like.
