It was perfectly located and had all the necessary amenities along with a comfortable and clean lodging facility. The hot tub was nice and very clean.

The cabin was very clean and had all the amenities/items needed (TV table even), the bed/pillows were comfortable, the grounds were very nicely kept, there is a gas grille you can use, and hot tub was great. The owners take great care of the property and cabins.

The property was located on a beautiful stretch of land right by a small river. It was very private and the cabins were very comfortable.

Didn't like the fact that they are listed as queen beds and definitely not queens. Also no air conditioning. Bed was also a little hard. Fiance ended up sleeping on the couch to fall asleep. That being said I would have been more comfortable around the $125 range.

Was a nice little cabin with covered porch.

If you cook go thru what’s there in the cabin before shopping

The cabins are some of the best I’ve ever stayed at. We cooked. Beds are super comfortable. Creek in back. Hammocks, Hot Tub. All around very nice. Check in was very friendly.

The Mattress bowed...

Great location next to the San Juan River. Clean and nice cabins. Definitely recommend and we will stay there again.

We were upgraded to cabin along the river, which was quite nice. Bed was comfortable and the cabin was comfortably large for the two of us. Nice and quiet, but near to town.

Nothing! The owners and managers thought of everything!

Great location (just outside of town that was riddled with necessary road construction) with LOTS to do on the property! They had a whole activity center with an outside fire pit, as well as relaxing hammocks and chairs that were creek side. There also was a very nice covered jacuzzi.

Futon in the living room. Seating inside the cabin was basic and functional - just ok.

Sitting on the porch and seeing Aspens everywhere! It was beautiful. The short walk to the creek and sitting area for morning coffee was a bonus. Coffee pot and coffee was provided in the cabin.

Nothing big only a few suggestions. The instructions on DOs and DON’Ts along with what extra charges would be added if you do this or don’t do that makes you feel less welcoming. (Though all those instructions make sense, but on vacation you don’t want to feel like you are starting your day at work with instructions from Boss 😁) Secondly I think couch in the room seemed dated and may have opportunity for improvement.

Location is great, very clean and comfortable. Lisa at front desk was super helpful.

The small cabin has a small refrigerator. If I had planned on cooking or an extended stay it would not have worked for me. The traffic through town is bad in the afternoon right now due to road construction.

This is a perfect setup on the edge of town. A stream running within a short stroll but viewable from your cabin. Chairs and a hammock are provided on the shoreline. During the evening a firepit is lit beside chairs and a lighted play area. A hot tub is also available.

If I could make one suggestion it would be to have some usb ports available for charging. We didn’t have an extra “box” to charge our phones in the cabin, but that was remedied with charging it in the car the next day.

Loved the location and the dog friendly property. We were able to sit on the porch with our pup and not be cooped up in a hotel room. The facilities were perfect for our stay and the bed was comfortable. The river was inviting with chairs and tables to sit next to under a shade tree as well. It was a nice and safe place to stop.

The provided hair dryer went out when I was using it. Fortunately, I had brought my own on the trip. I told them when we checked out and was told it would be replaced.

We like that these were individual cabins that had a little kitchen area. We were only there for one night on our return trip home, but it would have been a great place to stay for several days in the area. There was Direct TV which was a bonus!

These cabins were a perfect getaway for my husband and I. Furthermore, the owner Jessica went above and beyond to meet with us and make us feel comfotable. We highly recommend staying here and we plan to return for a longer stay next time!

The cabin was awesome. Clean and comfortable and they upgraded us to a cabin by the river which was a nice surprise. There was a fire pit with wood for whoever wants to use it and a hot tub you can use.
