The location was conveniently located near Scottsdale Fashion Square for shopping and dining. The room was comfortable with beautiful finishes, and poolside amenties were very nice. I really liked the ice and water stations as well, which made it easy and convenient to refill my water bottle while I sat out in the sun!

Breakfast at the restaurant. Entrees too elaborate; portions way too large. Coffee cups without handles - too hot to handle so one has to wait until coffee cools to pick it up and drink. I asked for a side of smoked salmon and was presented with a portion the size of an entire fish slopped onto a small saucer. Food presentations need refinement. The fried plantain included in the Eggs Benedict is impossible to cut with the knife provided. The crusts on the avocado and smoked salmon toasts are tough and chewy. I've worked in food service for 30 years, and providing food that is palatable and easy to eat is an important consideration. I noticed a lot of food wasted - left on plates, and this may be the reason behind it.

The hot tub was under construction and the pool wasn’t heated, so swimming in the cooler temperature while I was there didn’t work out unfortunately. We also had a problem with water coming out the bottom of the shower door and causing a good size puddle on the floor.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel! I loved the bathrobes (seersucker and terry cloth, but it would have been nice to have options with two different sizes as the large was gigantic), the trendy mid-century meets boho decor and having a semiprivate patio facing the pool.

It’s decorate 1930s Havana, so it isn’t like other hotels. It’s open, spread out property. Very well designed.

My only complaint is that they do not have complementary tea and coffee station in the lobby in the morning. I stayed in 3 other hotels during this trip and they all did.

I went for my birthday with a group of 6! We got 2 double rooms, and they had comfy beds and were beautifully decorated. Honestly, every corner of the hotel is stunning (they even have a custom scent in the lobby!). We loved that you had everything you needed at the resort - there's an amazing pool, spa, relaxing lounge areas, great food and drinks, and even a complimentary shuttle. We rented a cabana and had a pool day, got a group massage, and were able to take the shuttle to nearby restaurants and bars. Everything was worth the price, and we all would 10/10 would go again.

I had to leave.

My girlfriends and I were absolutely blown away by not only the aesthetics (which is one of the main reasons we booked the place) but the quality of the food, the atmosphere and the absolutely majestic state of the grounds. We had every intention of exploring Scottsdale and going shopping and wasting time at other restaurants but we could not bring ourselves to want to leave the resort!! The espresso martinis, the carne asada tacos, the absolute beauty of the decor (and staff) it was all worthy of a 5 star stay in Tulum. Also HUGE shout out to great our pool attendants, specially Tanner, who was working his butt off in 95 degree weather with a smile and quick wit. Thank you!

We always had a long wait for food at the restaurant. Both times we ate there it took almost an hour to get our food after we were seated and ordered. If you’re starving it may be worth just going to a nearby restaurant for a shorter wait. However, if you have the time, the food is delicious and it is worth the wait!

This place is great. The facilities and rooms are amazing. The pools are beautiful and every room had a nice patio or balcony. The resort is very comfortable. There are chairs and lounge areas all over the place to take a break and just hang out if you don’t want to sit in your room. The restaurant and bar inside the main lobby area have a great vibe.
