The furniture in the room wasn’t arranged properly. The beds were on the wrong side of the wall making it hard to access the balcony.

Swimming pool was closed- wouldn’t say why but said it would be open the next day. Pool didn’t open until the next day in the evening. When only there two days this is an issue. We didn’t get to use the pool. The ice machine was also broken so no ice. These are two things you really need to have during your trip as it is very hot and humid. It’s a beautiful place just wish we had gotten what we paid for or some sort of compensation offered.

Room was not what expected. Ceiling fan was dusty so we're window blinds. Not just a small amount of dust either thick dust so they haven't been cleaned for a while. Didn't like that bed sheets did not get changed during stay. Had fresh towels everyday but not sheets. Also property is pet friendly and some of the guests were not cleaning up after the animals

The condensation from the air conditioner in our room leaked water next to one of the beds and it was a bit of an inconvenience to keep it wiped up and dry. But, it wasn’t bad.

We stayed in one of the bungalows that had a small front porch overlooking the ocean. Being able to sit out on that porch and watch the sun rise and set over the beautiful ocean view was our favorite part of our stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked the breakfast too.

The pool was very small for the size of the property. There were also a lot cracks and holes in the bottom of the pool that needs to be repaired.

For the cost we paid to stay I have to say the continental breakfast was not very continental - no juice, 1xbread, 1x bagel no choice at all. Additionally the Wi-Fi didn't work in the room (110) when I enquired at reception told them the AP was off in the room there was little said and clearly nothing done to help try to resolve the problem. If we stood outside by the main building we could just about connect to that main wifi - which wasn't great.

Room was cleaned daily however the sheets were not changed. The blinds were broken upon arrivalwhich we informed them of but they were not fixed during our stay so we could not put them down

Bed comfy and increment cost plus process which made us loose benefits at our booking partner.

The bed for our children were at its lifetime end or not suitable and did not provide a good night sleep. More even as we paid an increment not to be to close to the main road and lost the booking.com benefits, because the accommodation canceled the booking and charge completely new. For known or unknown reasons. Otherwise we would recommend this accommodation as its nicely located and has a great sundowner.

No butter for breakfast in the morning and no milk one morning for cereal.. came by the office a couple of times no one there waited probably for 3 to 5 minutes. Also I tried to call and no one answers the phone.

All on/off knobs on lights were broke and had to plug/unplug lights to turn on and off. A/C unit would squeal when on. An open door allowed ample outside noise, causing it to be difficult to sleep. Outside noise consisted of outdoor radio that was on at all times with party type music, guests playing games right below the unit, pool guests loud well into the night / early morning. Main reason for booking the room was for a peaceful and relaxing experience oceanside and on the deck. Mainly the constant outdoor music disrupted that and would be the biggest negative to my experience

Could use more fresh fruit at breakfast , only had oranges and eggs only on weekends . Otherwise, all good.

Location, nice marina, boat ramp. Quiet , small , clean and walkable to a few restaurants and marinas. Close to all in Islamorada. Fishing off dock , beautiful sunrises! Few different choices for rooms, all nice. Staff all very nice and helpful.
