Beds were very firm. Deadbolt was not working, only the door lock.

when we got to the property the front door lock was functioning but the door jam and framing around the lock was not intact and the door wouldn't lock successfully; the dead bolt would engage but if you were on the outside you could just pull it open while it's locked.

Location and parking were great. Close proximity to Duval street and all the restaurants and activities in the area. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

Only constructive feedback is the communication from the owners wasn’t great - we didn’t get the door code until asking for it, and there’s very little information in the home so you have to do all your own research.

Gorgeous and well appointed cottage right in the centre of town - precisely where you need to be for Key West. Great value for money too. The cottage had a huge king-bed, en suite bathroom, kitchen, dining area and large lounge. There’s also good WiFi, a lovely porch and parking right outside the home. Across the road is a CVS for all the essentials (don’t go to the expensive little grocery store which charges tourists more!), also across the road is a bike hire place and a Cuban cafe next door. Duval Street is on the other side of the block, and the amazing waterfront is 15 minutes walk. You can also benefit from the little beach at the southernmost point which is less than 10 minutes walk from the cottage.

In the evenings even past 10 pm it could get pretty loud outside.

It was super clean, very nicely decorated, spacious, in the best location, felt welcoming and we enjoyed the fact, that it seemed renovated and pretty modern. Also, we were able to check in a tiny bit earlier which was great.

It’s an old place with no extra amenities. Parking is not really available unless you get lucky.

One block off Duval so location was good. Beds and decor was good and air conditioning worked fine.

Parking was iffy, no heat, (yes, I know it is Key West but we visited during a cold spell. ), a small electric heater would be really nice. Water pressure in the shower sucked, at least it was hot!

The beds. They were uncomfortable and creaked every time you moved. The light in the closest left much to be desired as well !

The location was a little dingy and busy but I will say at night.

The room was nice and it was clean however for what I paid for just 1 night and how small the place was I found the cost unequal to experience.

It was overpriced and the two people onsite were not very friendly or approachable. The pictures showed a third queen or full size bed in the living room behind a curtain, but when we got to the room we discovered that there were only two beds and a very uncomfortable pull out sofa bed. Also, the couch was dirty.

Trouble with the door lock and code when we first arrived but eventually received help in from the host. The parking can be tricky but it worked out great for us as we had a bigger vehicle to park.
