Area was to dark, lighting inside the hotel was too dim, rented it for 7 people and only 2 towels were inside each room. When requested more they had a policy for towels 😑.

Location was great and restaurants near by, front desk was amazing and made it a friendly environment.

I asked the front desk for blankets for my room because my bed did not have one...the staff sent me extra sheets..then the shower was fixed to only have a warm shower...the maid service never attended my room and i had the same towels for my entire visit...i checked out a day early and the front desk informed me that they do not refund early checkouts however it does not say that anywhere on their website

Everything was run down. I was surprised because this had an “8” review on booking.com. The shower was broken, the door was rotting, the towels were dingy. But we made it through the night, and in the morning, we liked it a little better. I think that if you come with low expectations, you will be fine. We came expecting something nicer from the description and reviews… and were disappointed.

ill give you a few of the high points! AC didn't work, it wasn't on when we checked in and apparently you have 15min to decide if your ac works because the rude little girl at the front desk whom I dare ask her question because she very obviously didn't want to be there told me sorry, I guess I can put in a work order. It was 1am she would not let us change rooms so we had to leave to go find another hotel. no towels, roaches, no ice, no vending machines, no nada!

At first a soon i lift the blanket was a cockroach running the bed. They change our room real quick and the second one was really clean. Like they just did it so the good smell would come out a soon you open the door. All beds was clean and the whole week we stayed was no house keeping

The staff is super nice, the property is really quiet and safe. Everything is close and theres really good food around.

Bed were dirty, sheets had cigar burns, went and ask for more towels because they only had one and the lady that was there at night time said there was no towels that the room where they had the towels was locked, I ask her for clean sheets, she said the ones in the room where clean not to worry about it , she said she was aware of the burn sheets and the stains, one of the drawer was broke and she knew about that too.

Nothing, you get what you pay for I guess. We rent 2 rooms

There was bed bugs in the bed I slept in room 223. I reported the issue upon checking and no mind was paid to my complaint.

Staff, Rebecca is always friendly and talkative when checking me in. Her customer service skills make me feel valued.

Property is dirty There Alot of roaches, especially baby ones in the restroom #217, especially at night. No soaps, no shampoo Towels to small like for small children Stained towels and bed sheets torn like you're too cheap to replace them. There are no covers on wall outlets, just waiting for someone to stick their hands on plugs and get electrocuted. That's a liability. I can go on and on but what's the use Either your too cheap to pay people or people are too lazy or the lack of experience to manage a property.

THE POOR MANAGEMENT! The poor CLEANING IN the rooms wow. Y’all are something else everyone on your staff from the bottom to all the way took the cooperates above your authority needs to be retrained. Expect the young mix kid that’s in charge I. The morning. He’s the only one that is civil and is doing his job to the best of his ability. He’s the only one there that actually follows all policy and procedures to make he paying is satisfied with there stay at this location.

There is nothing to like about this hotel. I advise everyone to save their money. They have a bunch of lowdown crackheads who walk around at night. There are are constant police out here arresting throwing out of the homeless people. They’re here this place needs to be condemned, shut down and tore down save your money don’t come here. Your life will be at risk. There’s a constant shooting here all the time this place needs to be shut down.

Nothing it’s absolutely dirty. They don’t have a cleanup. Crew management is more concerned about people having pets in the area opposed to be concerned for their clients and their safety when people are murdered right next to your door.
