I didn’t like the fact there’s no remote for the tv in my room and there’s no microwave that’s a small issue the bathroom door isn’t on the hinges definitely a fire hazard lobby looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in over a month

The fact there were clean beds and a garbage can that’s about it oh and hot water

Tub handle broke, no toilet paper AT ALL!! 2 small pillows for the bed. No pool when advertised.

Was in 3 different rooms house keeping was not good at all dirty tubs mold in all 3 rooms to many kids running around some rooms have 6 to 7 ppl living in them. A lot of foot traffic though out the night felt unsafe..

A mouse ran in our room and right back out. I was suppose to have a Queen size bed instead I had a full size bed. The dryer in my room didn’t work. My online order said two adults there wasn’t enough towels or toilet paper. I was in the third floor and it was extremely hot even though we turned off the heat. The refrigerator was unplugged we didn’t realize it until the middle of the night our first night we initially thought it wasn’t working but it had been unplugged. Also, there was know comforters on our bed just a sheet. Although it didn’t matter it was but the customer would probably like comforter on the bed.

The quiet. The location is the best.

The staff are all friendly but the breakfast guy makes you feel welcomed and appreciated as a person. All and all for the price it's perfect.

The shower head didnt reach the back of the shower. There was a few cracks in the wall and holes. We ask for a queen and felt got like a full. Tv didnt work fully with a busted remote.

We didnt do the breakfast but when we went by it there wasnt much for breakfast to begin with. Could have been a little more to choose from and a little cleaner also.

The place was run down. Stained. Stand up shower. Requested a room on first floor seeing as i am disabled, only had rooms available on third floor. Loud, disruptive guests all around us. No option for bath as stated in room description. Check in at one hotel, room in another. Whole place was run down. People panhandling in parking lot, kids trying to knock over vending machine in lobby. Continental breakfast consisted of coffee.

The door locked. There were no bugs. The pool was open.

We had to wait almost 2 hours to get in the room. Once we finally got in the room there were no sheets on the bed no towels and I had been traveling for 15 hours straight. People hanging out in the hallway playing music it was like they were living there with no regards for anyone else

The facilities are old, they are trying to upgrade. They need to get the riff raft out of the hallways they sleep in chairs through out the night and the pool is nice just needs more chairs, access to pool towels made easier not have to walk all the way to another hotel for a towel

The guy with the longer hair runs the front desk is AWESOME, fast check in really nice

The bathroom and shower area were filthy! I had to clean the shower with Lysol before we could use it. The drain was full of hair from previous customers and the black build up on the floor and inside the shower was disgusting. The fault proof reset switch was also broken.

Rooms were outdated and not the cleanest. Carpets look stained, window screen were ripped , there was no microwave or coffee machine in the room. Bed was comfy and sheets were clean but the pillows were old and flat, no extra pillows or blankets available. Phone did not ring to front desk, just a busy signal. Was very loud. You can hear everything and everyone in the halls. I would rather pay more $ for better hotel next time but if money is an issue - it works.

Breakfast was decent. Coffee, orange juice, cereal and milk, waffle batter and iron, yogurt, muffins. Description says breakfast on the go but the signs say do not remove food or take food to you room. Area was close to where we needed to travel to. Check in and check out was easy and fast. Staff were friendly and efficent. Good amount of parking. Wifi was good. Had a fridge in the room.

Breakfast was awful. Mostly gone. No fruit at all. The waffle maker worked but there was no butter or syrup. Coffee was undrinkable. The room was right next to the elevator and loud. Air conditioner was rattling and could not be adjusted. The room was dirty.
