    The building was disgusting. It were crack heads sleep in the hallway! It looked like crack heads had taken over! I booked three days only stayed one and left at 6:00AM because I booked too late to cancel. NEVER AGAIN! I stayed in the building attached the few nights before and I should’ve went back cause at least it was decent! This was crackhead horror movie vibes!!!!!!

    They had Bedbugs that were crawling and biting us.🤬. Had to sleep in the car for 8 hours till another hotel had rooms available. That should of never happened!

    Nothing. This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever reserved or stayed at. Floors were gross sheets were not changed, the place should be closed it was disgusting.

    Everything. Place was filthy and gross. Room hadn’t been cleaned or sheets changed from last guest. Tv didn’t work outlets didn’t work. Holes in floor and walls. Hands down a shit hole.

    Everything was dirty. The towels and sheets were stained. There was no trash can in our room either.

    So the booking was messed up there was no shampoo no conditioner there was only 1 towel the pillows were terrible the bed was ok not the room was not very clean. The bathroom door was not attached to anything you had to lift it closed.

    It was filthy the room smelled like someone dumped bottles of rubbing alcohol in it when trying to switch rooms met another guest trying to switch hers because of bugs so at this point I want a refund but guess whattttt they won't do a cash refund & conveniently their wifi went out so I had to leave the hotel on my nieces birthday couldn't get my money back to get another room somewhere else & the staff was very unhelpful this whole place was a joke a very disgusting joke

    I was an awful experience all around

    Dead roach in the refrigerator and foreign liquid that looked like mold in the microwave. This was brought to the attention of the front desk but nothing was done about it

    The fact there were clean beds and a garbage can that’s about it oh and hot water

    I didn’t like the fact there’s no remote for the tv in my room and there’s no microwave that’s a small issue the bathroom door isn’t on the hinges definitely a fire hazard lobby looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in over a month

    Staff was great and a/c worked good.

    Tub handle broke, no toilet paper AT ALL!! 2 small pillows for the bed. No pool when advertised.

    Was in 3 different rooms house keeping was not good at all dirty tubs mold in all 3 rooms to many kids running around some rooms have 6 to 7 ppl living in them. A lot of foot traffic though out the night felt unsafe..

    We ended up leaving and did not get our money back! Room was filthy! Bed was not clean and looked like someone just rolled out of it! Refrigerator was gross with food left in it. Bathroom was filthy with 1 towel, broken door. Garbage was piled up and stunk in hallway! Elevator had a huge puddle of what looked like urine! This place should be condemned!
