They cleaned the carpet before we arrived, and unfortunately it was still wet so it had an odor and made our socks damp. But I always appreciate the effort!!!

Because of a storm the power went out, not the hotels fault. One woman at the desk, not the one who checked me in, was very rude when I tried to ask if the power company had any idea when power might be restored. She told her boss it didn't happen which made me mad. Owner was very gracious. Wish they would take out the carpet and put in some other kind of flooring. Room had a smell of weed and the fridge had not been cleaned out.

Loved the gym facilities, but there were no towels available Saturday night or again Sunday morning even after I told the staff they were empty. The hot tub wasn’t working properly because the water was cold. Plus we didn’t find out that the whole pool area was going to be closed Sunday for maintenance until we checked in on Saturday.

The beds. The bed was so hard. I had a hard time falling and staying asleep.

Our hot tub had dried soap on the edge and pubic hairs in it. The window had hand prints all over. I always come prepared , so i cleaned and paid them $174. Very sad.

The smell of weed in the hotel.

The initial room assigned had been smoked in (weed). I requested to be moved to a different room. The night desk person (young lady) was exceptional! She took very good care of us and asked if we even wanted to be moved to a different floor as the smell of weed was awful. She even caught the folks smoking weed in a different room on the same floor. She moved us to a different floor and room. Rest of the stay was great.

Shuttle didn’t run when we needed it. I booked this hotel because booking.com advertised free shuttle. I found out when got confirmation from hotel that not available till 9 am and we left 430 am. I called and lady told me don’t worry, someone from here will take you. I asked her to put that on my reservation but she didn’t so we had to pay for taxi The free shuttle and breakfast where part of hotel fee and we didn’t get it

The fitness room was underwhelming. The cardio machines weren't working. The weight rack was in an inconvenient spot, and the room itself is too small. the weight tower was missing attachments.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and competent. The location is convenient. The breakfst bar was well maintained. The pool area was in good shape. The wi-fi worked well.

Initially, there was a smell in the room, but it dissipated quickly. The water temperature in the shower only got to luke warm, so showers were very quick.

Our breakfast was a cold breakfast because the cook had been given two days off for Thanksgiving and the Friday following Thanksgiving. For a cold breakfast it was more than adequate.

If pillows are going to be in half. Please put a couple more than 4 on the bed. Did not know they were standard pillows put in half in pillow cases. Instead of 4 maybe 8 or get the hotel pillows that are more fluffy.

I was disappointed in the breakfast The food wasn’t hot or good We stayed in your hotel in Nashville Tennessee and they had cooked to order omelettes ,eggs and hot meat . You should not have the staff eating while the guests had to wait on you to replenish foods

Very noisy by the airport. I would like to suggest that the front desk would have earplugs for purchase. I had to go to the store across the street to purchase earplugs.

Left before breakfast. Served my purpose. I had a early flight and came from Toledo so I just wanted a place to sleep.
