United StatesBecause of a storm the power went out, not the hotels fault. One woman at the desk, not the one who checked me in, was very rude when I tried to ask if the power company had any idea when power might be restored. She told her boss it didn't happen which made me mad. Owner was very gracious. Wish they would take out the carpet and put in some other kind of flooring. Room had a smell of weed and the fridge had not been cleaned out.
Young lady that checked me in did a great job.

United StatesLoved the gym facilities, but there were no towels available Saturday night or again Sunday morning even after I told the staff they were empty. The hot tub wasn’t working properly because the water was cold. Plus we didn’t find out that the whole pool area was going to be closed Sunday for maintenance until we checked in on Saturday.

The initial room assigned had been smoked in (weed). I requested to be moved to a different room. The night desk person (young lady) was exceptional! She took very good care of us and asked if we even wanted to be moved to a different floor as the smell of weed was awful. She even caught the folks smoking weed in a different room on the same floor. She moved us to a different floor and room. Rest of the stay was great.

CanadaShuttle didn’t run when we needed it. I booked this hotel because booking.com advertised free shuttle. I found out when got confirmation from hotel that not available till 9 am and we left 430 am. I called and lady told me don’t worry, someone from here will take you. I asked her to put that on my reservation but she didn’t so we had to pay for taxi The free shuttle and breakfast where part of hotel fee and we didn’t get it

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and competent. The location is convenient. The breakfst bar was well maintained. The pool area was in good shape. The wi-fi worked well.

Our breakfast was a cold breakfast because the cook had been given two days off for Thanksgiving and the Friday following Thanksgiving. For a cold breakfast it was more than adequate.

United StatesIf pillows are going to be in half. Please put a couple more than 4 on the bed. Did not know they were standard pillows put in half in pillow cases. Instead of 4 maybe 8 or get the hotel pillows that are more fluffy.
