Room was great, as was hotel location. Clean and comfortable.

I selected primarily for the free airport shuttle. When I arrived, I was informed that it did not run after 6PM nor all day Sunday; the times I needed. Then the pool was closed for cleaning. Strange for a Sunday and families travelling. Last, the breakfast was cancelled due to lack of staff. Jimmy Dean frozen sandwiches were offered, but they only had 3. No offer of compensation for the substantial unexpected costs and inconvenience

Kitchenette is NOT furnished (nothing - no utensils, not a single pot or pan, no plate, nothing). Bath is unusually low, could not take a bath. Found living bugs in bathroom, I had to catch them. The handle in the shower had nasty buildup all over it. Could have easily been cleaned. Asked for housekeeping services for our entire stay (3 mornings), only got it once. Pillows are small and square shaped, and well used - had to pile them to make them somewhat "comfortable" enough to sleep on. Headboard was obviously damaged. Breakfast was especially disappointing - on the first morning we learned there was a "staff shortage" (I was tole it was only for that day, but that "shortage" lasted throughout our entire stay) so there was only a "continental breakfast"; sugary juice, sugary cereal, sugary yogurt, bread, oatmeal packets, individually wrapped apples and oranges, coffee, and you could ask for a reheatable breakfast sandwich. They only had meat, I'm a vegetarian. At least there were hard boiled eggs... It smelled of weed in the hallway. Furniture was quite damaged in the bedroom in general. Note that bedrooms with kitchenettes face the highway so it's noisy at all times. I booked this place for the included breakfast and the kitchenette but both were super disappointing. I won't stay again.

Staff was accommodating

No towels in pool area, and hot tub temp was cold

The Breakfast attendant was very hospitable, Kayla's finding my medicine and holding it for me was awesome, and the rooms smelled clean when you walked in! The pool area was also fantastic

It had been three or four years since we stayed at this location, and the facility itself has gotten to the point of us not considering staying here again.

The staff was very friendly and the indoor pool for the kids.

The knob for the shower came off in my hand while showering. The sink faucet was not tightened down and moved when we used it. The side security door was propped open the entire night with a rock.

I always love the customer service.

They cleaned the carpet before we arrived, and unfortunately it was still wet so it had an odor and made our socks damp. But I always appreciate the effort!!!
