There is nothing that I didn’t like. We were pleased with everything that’s why we always try to stay here.

Every time that we visit Florence we try to stay here. It’s in a great location, we love the suites and the free breakfast is really nice.

I loved everything

The room was amazing it was way nicer than any hotel I have been to. It comes with a tv that has apps on it like YouTube Netflix web anything that’s basically on a Roku tv it’s also flat screen. The bed in the room was comfy and clean extra blankets 2 sets of extras pillows blankets bedsheets !! They also had a hot tub area with a big pool my daughter loved it and I loved it usually don’t swim in hotels but this one was nice and clean. Also everyone is nice the staff and the people that are there made new friends everyone was welcoming didn’t really get a chance for breakfast but heard it’s good !! I’d rate this stay amazing book here if u want a good spacey place to stay also it’s own room and it’s in budget too

Pretty much liked everything, just had a hard time sleeping and feeling rested. Don't think it had anything to do with our stay at the hotel.

Location was safe and close to all restaurants and stores. The room was spacious and super clean. Everything we needed was there for us. Breakfast was delicious!

Unfortunately the influencing reason for my choice of this hotel was one of the biggest letdowns. This hotel has a very nice pool with hot tub but it unknowingly was closed due to future planned improvements. I learned about this just moments before traveling down from Columbus. When checking in, the front desk did offer a solution of the use of the pool of the Tru next door since Tru is a Hilton hotel as well. Kudos for the alternative option but this would have changed my choice of hotel had I known about this prior to booking.

The location of the hotel is tucked away from the main road but is easy to get to everything you would want. Plenty of restaurants and shopping all close by. I have stayed before at this hotel but I don’t recall the facility having a breakfast like I experienced during my current stay. Very awesome variety for all that is included.

The rooms could have been a little cleaner.

The location was very convenient. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was hot and fresh every morning. Jody at the front desk was amazing. She was extremely accommodating and held our bags and tried very hard to get us an early check in but they were fully booked the night before which is great!

The fitness room is a bit limited in what it provides.......but, it is fine. Maybe some fresh fruit options at breakfast.

The staff was excellent - very helpful. The property is very clean - spacious; we really loved it. When we return to the area we will definitely staff they again.

There was a hole in one of the doors in the doorway from the living room area to the bedroom that we were terrified we would get charged for, but then we’re told that it had already been there. Just surprised they would put us in a room that had a hole in the door.🤷🏻‍♀️

We got a suite with a kitchen, but the toaster was falling apart and needed to be replaced. Also, regular bowls should be added. They only provide dessert bowls.

The hotel is very fresh and clean, It's close to many restaurants and stores. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The room we had only had one entrance to the bathroom which means our kids had to enter our room to get to the bathroom. Not ideal.
