Biggest complaint was the smell. Stunk like cigarettes big time. I have a CPAP and had to continue tasting smoke for days after.

The rooms were very disappointing. One of our rooms wreaked of fresh smoke and had blood stained sheets. The other room had serious ventilation problems as the dresser had a film of condensation on it and the sheets were moist to the point that they felt wet.

The price was indicative of the quality. It was a place to rest our heads for the night.

There was no remote for television. I asked the front desk, but they were unable to find one. Once I turned on the TV from the push button on the back of the TV, the screen had some damage and a black line went down the screen. Gnats were flying around in the room, the carpet had a mildew, musty smell and was loose and unraveled at the doorway, which caused me to trip a few times. Key card was laggy to open doors to room and into the building, sometimes didn't work and will have to have front desk staff to reset. They are in process of remodeling, so I'm sure by next summer things will improve.

Pricing was good and the distance to my destination only 10-15 minutes to downtown Cincinnati. Close proximity to many restaurants, shopping and the highway.

The breakfast was bare minimum. The first day we were there they did not even have milk for the cereal or butter for the toast. The whole time I was there they never had butter for the toast. The rugs could use a thorough cleaning so could the rooms.

The location and the price was good. Centrally located for what we were doing.

The area is super sketchy. It smelled like weed inside, the hallways give anxiety. It worked to just sleep in for the night.

The room was clean and the beds were comfy, there were food places within walking distance.

The residents that live here full time are running around everywhere, leaving all the entrance doors open at all times by putting a rock in the door so it don’t shut. Smoking 2 foot outside of the door even though there are signs that say no smoking within 50 foot of doors. The fire exit door on the 2nd floor remained open throughout our stay, the alarm on that door was disconnected, hopefully there won’t be a fire because the alarms will not go off.

The location was good, and had restaurants close by.

Room was dirty, bed wasn’t one the bed frame, desk chair very worn out and the side table next to bed coming off the wall. Bathroom tub wasn’t cleaned out well. Carpet was soaking wet from them cleaning the carpet that the room started to smell mildew after day two.

Loose sink faucet, paint drips on tub, loose toilet paper rolls, dirty walls in bathroom, narrow dark hallways. 1st room had mold on bathroom ceiling, tv didn't work

Good shower, comfy bed, bedroom area was newly painted and nice art work, friendly check in staff, seemed clean. Seems like they were remodeling.... Exterior of building had been updated but still old building. Supposedly breakfast was good from other reviews. We didn't stick around any longer than necessary.

Room door wouldn't open without ramming it with your shoulder very hard from out side and you needed 2 hands to pull it open from inside. If your happy with 7 TV channels this is for you and bring batteries for the remote, the staff did bring us batteries but we gave up on 7 channels of NOTHING. Breakfast (warm) didn't happen staff was more then an hour late in setting up or even being there,, we packed up and left 3 hours early! Went to Waffle house!!!! Potty we liked this place the last time we were here don't think a second chance will happen (was told the new owners are the problem)

Wouldn’t really stay here for more than one night. Toilet kept clogging up, the hook for towels on the back of the door broke off, there was hair on for towels, and the hallways looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for months.

The bed was pretty comfortable and the staff was nice. Breakfast did have several options so it was nice.

Hotel looks like it was “rehabbed” by a 15 year old kid. Lots of unfinished wall patches. No attempt to paint. Mold on the ceiling. Stained carpet and comforter. Housekeeping could not possibly keep this clean. Smelled like weed

Outdated facilities especially the bathroom. Dirty a/c unit with ants. The carpet looks grimy. Really uncomfortable beds and pillows. Honestly just pay more for a cleaner and updated room somewhere else.
