The key code was inoperable and having to use the key for every entry and exit was a pain in the neck. The toliet paper holder was broken in the master bath and there was not one in the second bath. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the facility was nice and well kept.

We had no water the first day and the man hired to fix it was unable to do so. Then the maintenence man of property fixed it immediately the next morning for us!

Location perfect for us. Pool was warm and I used it daily sooo great. This property was clean inside and out! This makes it fun for us.

Pictures on the booking site are for all units. We assumed the first set of pictures would be our unit. We were wrong. The unit was as described in text for beds, baths, etc,, but not what we believed it would look like based on the order of pictures on the site. The unit needed some maintenance and a deep cleaning. The deck slider had a broken handle and did not lock. It was very difficult to open and close. We would not go back to Florence II 302 without seeing updated pictures.

Condo itself was furnished nicely kitchen well stocked but over all condo needs some TLC Sliding door was ridiculously hard to open. No outside handle. Toilet paper holder broken Would be nice to have extension cord with plug-ins to charge phones and other devices in rooms

Very nice place but they need to update. Broken doors, Several lights did not work, toilet paper holder broken in both bathrooms, Sliding door took a grown man to open. Other than that, very nice place

Location- walking distance to the beach. Loved sitting on the patio listening to the ocean. Beds were very comfortable and AC worked great! We really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the colored lights around the house.

Ants + small bug in balcony and kitchen (behind the sink). Need a professional company as they hide and come back again. Sofa and dining table chairs need new upholstery. Need someone to walk around the apartment to fix small things (loose towel hanger, broken electric wall plate..etc)

Right on the beach. View from balcony is amazing. You hear the waves sounds all the time, even from your bedroom. Nice kitchen with all needed small appliances (coffee machine, Keurig, toaster, blender..etc) Cozy beds with enough space to sleep a family (One king and 2 queen beds) Very good washing machine and dryer.

The room I was checked in to was not at all as shown in the pictures when I booked the room. The room was never inspected. I never received a call to go ahead and check in hours after check in time. I had to reach out to them. The lady I contacted was rude and anytime I would try to explain anything about the room not being as shown or the entry lock not working, it was always a runaround. Had to wait around with the heat, humidity and all my luggage. I had to get two different codes to get into the room which still did not work and finally given the code to the key box then asked to not lose it because it was their only back up?! Worst part of it was the unfriendliness.

The location was perfect! The parking a little small in the garage but manageable. The blind in living room was broken off the wall and placed behind the TV .Hole in ceiling ,and where blind came off.Our stay was a little bright and no privacy in living area the pictures shown did not show the blind torn off.One end of recliner on head rest was broken. The secondary shower is super slow to drain so stopped up.The fridge is showing wear on outside a little rust. Disposal smells bad.We still enjoyed our selves it was a great location and pool was nice and not crowded, beach was beautiful and super close to walk .Beach was not crowded at all due to privacy. I was only disappointed due to the fact that I paid premium price and received a discount room. The unit needed some upkeep done especially the blind since the living area is a large window. Elevator was dirty with gum stuck on inside of it .Alot of air freshener used to make it feel clean but not really clean.We cleaned off everything. Rug on living room floor had a toe ring on it and alot of sand.

Location was excellent! Pool was nice and in shade. Private Beach was great not crowded. Unit was spacious parking pass was printed out and in room.Dishes and utensils were usable.Washer and dryer were nice.View was great! Walking distance to Beach excellent!

There were just a few minor things that will eventually need attention and it looks the owner is working hard at making the stay as comfortable as possible. The shower in the master bathroom has low pressure and the couch in the living room had some wear and tear. Overall loved our stay!!

We loved the location and the view from our balcony was absolutely amazing. Every night we would go out and just take in the views and sounds of the waves. Kitchen was great and everything functioned well. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Parking was a little tight for my car, but that's understandable for a parking garage.

The location was perfect! Right on the beach and a beautiful view! Usually condos and beach places are a little muggy and humid no matter what, but they cleverly had a dehumidifier going when we arrived which made the condo so cozy and welcoming! Also, had a few questions and Criss was quick to answer and always available whenever I needed something! The was cheerfully decorated and made such a calming atmosphere.

The king bed could be upgraded to memory foam like the queen beds in the second bedroom.

We stayed in Condo 302 at the Florence. The condo was clean and decorated so "beachy". The kitchen was adequately stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our week-long stay, including a k-cup Cuisinart coffeemaker. The balcony has an exceptional view of the Gulf. I could sit out and listen to the waves all night. We really enjoyed our time here, and highly recommend #302 to anyone visiting SPI.

All codes for all doors were WRONG! There were few of the amenities listed and when we left, they sent pics showing we were 'wrong' with new items that had not been there. The advertised pictures are really nice, the reality not the same. The furniture was ok, not new and not white leather as we'd been led to believe -- old flowery stuff. In LR, mold in ceiling corners, water damage on ceiling and obvious signs of lack of maintenance in every room. The unit was dark without enough lighting in any of the rooms except the kitchen. For instance, no lights at all over the dining table. No hot water in one bath tub so had to use the other shower, thank goodness for it. Jacuzzi heat was not on every day and jacuzzi controls were not functional.

Location was quiet and away from noisy town areas. The beach area was nice for the most part. The days the heat was on, the jacuzzi was great. Pool was nice. Parking was adequate and all public areas were clean.

it had a run down look, hole in the ceiling, discolored ceiling from repairs, exposed electrical wire on the balcony, mold or soap film in corners of shower, entry lock to front entrance of unit not working, management changes code on the access gate to the beach while we were on the beach without notification locking us out of access to the unit, sand on the cloth furniture. vents in the ceiling falling out.
