Just a quick 15 minutes drive from some fabulous music and a great experience. The location is also just around the corner from "downtown" Floyd, an easy walk away. The food and vendors in that area were an added bonus to our trip. The breakfast was hot and fresh every morning, with variety from day to day. The people were very nice and accommodating to our needs, without exception. We would definitely consider Hotel Floyd for future travel in this area.

This was our first stay at Hotel Floyd. We found the property very well kept and tidy, and well situated right in town. Our room was spacious, as was the bathroom. There is not a lot of bathroom counter space, and could benefit from some wall hooks. Beds were comfortable with nice fresh bedding and ample pillows. Our room was an outdoor entry room, which we liked, and the view from our window was of a very old cemetery, which we walked through after dinner and explored. We were able to park next to the building, which was lucky. Walked to dinner at the very close by Mexican restaurant, which we loved, and then did some exploring. The town is a great walking town, which is easy to do from this hotel, and is why we choose it. Breakfast was good and had everything you'd expect, and it was hot and plentiful. We would definitely return to Hotel Floyd and would recommend it to other travelers.

The hotel is in the centre of Floyd and a short walk to the country store. The room was big, clean and comfortable and had a microwave and fridge. Bathroom was great. We stayed with our two teenage daughters and we all loved our stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful and there's a little shop in reception selling basic toiletries and snacks etc which was very handy. Breakfast is a help yourself buffet but had a decent range of choices and was perfectly fine. Parking was very easy. We arrived a little early and they said parking at the hotel before we'd checked in was fine. They also actually let us check in early as our room was ready, which was great as we were meeting up with family and were in a bit of a hurry.
