Alot of ants all over the cottage. We called to address the ongoing issue, unfortunately, it did not work . They came to spray for the ants but it did not stop the ants from invading both floors of the cottage. It was annoyingly bad. Also, the bathroom door didn’t work and couldn’t get fixed after we reported and the floors were very dirty. Lastly , the AC didn’t work at one point -but got resolved by the facilities.

clean pools, comfortable sleeping arrangements in the Safari tents, and wonderful amenities. We love coming here and will return often! It's so warm and welcoming!

Neighbors were very loud both nights (two different neighbors) well until 1:00 a.m. Wish the park had someone employed at night to curtail that.

Very clean and nicely appointed Airstream. Private patio area with BBQ and fire pit was excellent!

It was super cold at night. No heater. I slept in my car during the night, turning on the heater and than wrapping up in my blanket. Honestly my real ONLY complaint

Wish the freezer had ice trays. We had to purchase a 16 lb bag of ice at your store and only used 2lbs! (Surf cabin #11) Additional storage and seating in the kitchen living area, possibly drawers under the living room TV instead of a desk?

The airstream trailer had some maintenance issues. It was fun, but a number of things were broken or not functional inside. Maintenance was responsive, but it’s something they have to order parts for not something they can fix with the tools on hand.

All was great but the only thing I found that needs improvement is there is no hand rails to hold on to as we were going down the stairs into the tent need rails because as for me just had knee surgery and when you have one hand full of stuff you need the railing to hold on to and also young children can trip and get hurt but overall great

My only suggestion would be to put a few hooks on the wall in the bathroom to hang some towels and maybe a few hooks in the bedroom for either hanging towels, or a hat or clothes, etc...

We've stayed here several times and know what to expect. A great time was had by all.

The couch/futon is not very comfortable to sit on, nor is the benches with no back on them at the surf cabins.

We enjoy the home feel with the kitchen and living room which you don't get with a hotel room. We bring board games and get to spend more time with the kids rather than everyone sitting on beds just watching TV in a hotel room when we aren't out doing something.

The cottage bedroom is in the back and you can hear the freeway noise.

Our cottage backed up to the freeway and could hear the noise all night. Maybe build a secondary sound wall or plant cypress trees to help with the noise.

We have been going to Flying Flags for 25 years! We no longer have our 5th wheel so we stay in the Cottages. Every thing was clean and staff is very friendly.

The park's location felt like it was in the middle of the highway, which detracted from the overall experience. Given the proximity to the highway, the stay didn’t feel worth the price.

The cabin was cozy and clean, providing a comfortable place to relax during the stay. The atmosphere and ambiance of the park were great, offering a peaceful and pleasant environment.
